I visited with my company for a work breakfast. We got there while it was super early, so no issues with seating time nor cook time; our food was ready within 10-15 minutes! Everything was cooked to perfection, and it was all topped off by excellent service from Hope! Definitely started the work day off on the right foot ??

After a really bad experience at a Denny's not far away. This was an unexpected treat. The staff was friendly, fast, and efficient. The food was great. This is exactly the type of diner experience that I can bring my family to again and again and again. If you're in the area and want breakfast food, this IHOP is for you.

The strawberry cheesecake pancakes is always made to perfection. The staff was very friendly, efficient and the service was superb. I visited this location a while back and couldn't remember the experience. Will be back soon and thank you IHOP staff and management
My husband and I are breakfast here today and had a great meal! This is one of the cleanest restaurants in Columbia, not only looks clean but smells clean, too!
Thank you to my waitress this morning, Linda, for providing me with a lovely serving of gaslighting :) I'm a full-time college student working almost 40hrs a week, so when I eat out I try to be cost effective while still getting what I like. I asked Linda if I could possibly get a short stack of blueberry pancakes, and she said sure. When the order came, it was just the regular full stack. I asked her about it and she proceeded to pretend as if it was obvious that you can't get a short stack, and that I asked for the full stack in the first place and should've done this or that or the other, but also that she was sorry. I told her that wasn't right and that she had told me it was fine in the first place, but she continued to repeat this notion probably three times, and even came back to the table multiple times to reiterate. If she'd just let me know when she realized I couldn't order what I asked, then I would've just gotten something else. But she decided to try and slide it past me without me noticing, and then gaslit me when I asked about it.
