I visited with some friends on Saturday night.I ordered a Philly steak sandwich. More than hour later the sandwich arrived to the table but cold as a puppy nose.There are many differences between the received sandwich and picture shown on the menu and it seems the bread come from walmart.Disappointing experience. I don't go back to visit this spot.
Worst service I have ever received at Hooters. First off it was a Wednesdy night so they were extremely slow. We had a party of 12 so therefore needed 3 tables to accommodate us all. We sat at a dirty table and waited forever for it to get wiped down and cleaned. When we finally ordered our food and it was brought out she forgot to put my Entree in so it didn't come out til everyone else at the table was just about done eating. We had to ask for refills and instead she brought out a pitcher if sweet tea. We were never offered any other refills or ever asked if we needed anything else. She brought the check over and I had to flag her down to pay it. I guess they were all too busy on their phones. Manager was horrible. Did a poor job managing and I think he preferred talking/flirting with the ladies who worked there. I'm glad I'm just visiting and this isn't my hometown Hooters. #neveragain
When we first arrived everything was going good. We understand being short hand but being in male customer faces to try to make extra money like you are on a dating app..Quality of your serve will make your tips. But when our food came out. We were given another tables food. I was told the don't sell grilled salad in which it came out later to the table that we had their food. Tickets were mixed up. We tried to explain and our waitress tried to spute us down about the items we order. She was rude when we all tried to help her understand.
Waited for over an hour with almost no one else in the restaurant. Eventually asked the manager/hostess for an update on our food order, and after she gave us an attitude, and said our waitress would update us. She finally checked on our food, we waited another 15 minutes, our kids food finally came out, but ours still did not so we paid and left.
Ate here yesterday evening for dinner and was sick all night, and haven’t felt good most of the day. Some of the wings had an odd taste to them and they were EXPENSIVE! The prices have gone up but not on the menu and the bathrooms are horrible looking. Hooters is a chain restaurant, your place should not look like the condition that it’s in.I will NOT be back to this one and more than likely no other Hooters either. Once your food makes me sick, that’s it. I DO NOT recommend this place.
The only reason I give 5 stars is because of the size of the wings. Always good looking lady's and the food always tastes good but just to small of wings. Hope they keep it up.
Use to come here everyday. Management changed and it seems everything has gone down hill from quality of food to the service. Everyone use to appear happy and enjoy it there now it's like the people are robots... My favorite girls are never there. Haven't seen the calendar girl in over a month. What are y'all doing?
Purchased $70 worth of wings tonight and every single one was burned....I didn't think it was possible, but they all tasted like charcoal.
Had the Buffalo wings they were really good, better than expected. Wife had hamburger and she claimed it was one of the best she has ever had. And the view wasn't bad either. VIEW MY COMMENT NOT HERS.
Good food good atmosphere. A little short staffed but the manager was in the back cooking and the girls were busting their tail working hard. My hats off to them. 2 ladies next to me did have to wait an extra long time but never found out why.
