Food was great, no complaints. Only complaint I would give is our waitress barely checked in on us. I wasn't offered a refill until I asked for a Togo box and the check. They all kind of migrated towards the front and looked as if they were in a heavy convo my entire visit. So maybe something was going on that day. Either way. Food was good
Awesome customer service. I didn't catch the manager's name but there was an issue with my boyfriend's card and he was so helpful and kind. He will definitely revisit this location again while he's in the area. Thank you so much for everything.
My experience was the worst. I called in an order over the phone they said 30 minutes I was OK with that. When I got there they just a few more minutes. That few more minutes turned into an hour. There was sever employees up front all were on their cell phones kept saying a few minutes. I asked for a manager spoke with him the kitchen said they never got the order. Comes to find out the order was already made they tried to give me the cold order that was sitting for so long. They redid the order and gave me coupon for some darn free fried pickles. When walk back to the car a party asked are you just getting your food we walked in at the same time and they ate in. Hooter on Two Notch Rd Colunbia SS never again. The Mgr Thomas was no help at all
Went for lunch. There were 6 customers and 3 waitresses and one bartender. Took a half hour to get wings and when they came we ordered draft beers. 20 minutes later no beers and the bartender was busy chatting up two guys. Our server says the bartender is busy with customers. The manager is giving a job interview within earshot but doesn't get involved till I confront him personally. He offers to comp the beers. (Which never actually happened). I would never ever go there again. Chili's is next door.. go there.
Average service, waitress forgot my order of cheese sticks appetizer, although when we got our wings they were pretty good tasting. Wings did need a bit more warmth though. After got our wings i brought up the missing cheese sticks she asked if I'd still want them i said no, i had already helped the others with their appetizers. The food and service was average good. But i tell you what I've never been to such a disgusting restroom in my life and I've been to some pretty bad spots. Anyways that needs attention asap, at least the mens does.
Restaurant is dirty, floors are covered in grease you can slide on them. Server was great! However it took 53min to get out meals after we recieved our drinks and appetizers. Everything was hot and fresh but they definitely need a kitchen staff who is motivated and knows how to make more than one entree at a time. There were only three tables occupied at the time so it was certainly not a rush. We watched from our table as kitchen produced 1 entree at a time.
Before the pandemic this hooters used to be top notch on every level. After pandemic it's horrific. I ordered my food ahead online. Said it would be ready in 25 mins. Got there 45 mins later and they said my order isn't up and don't know when it will be. It's football sunday and like no one is there. I told her all i ordered was a chicken sandwhich, no fries or onion rings, a sandwich. It took them an additional 15 mins to bring me the right sandwhich how i requested it and even when i got home they forgot the blue cheese crumbles on top. Had a similar experience before this ordering ahead and waited in the restaurant for 40 mins when i ordered ahead and everyone else was getting their food. Never coming back to this location. Disgraceful.
It was fun but my wife and mother-in-law thought it was a little degrading to women. But as a guy I enjoyed the the views and scenery. The food is not great but it is edible. It kind of reminds me of food you get in a bar. The drinks are fantastic. The girls were very good looking and friendly.
Our department gathered for lunch at Hooters on 10/29/21. The service was spectacular. The waitress was knowledgeable and very accommodating to our party of 11. The menu item I'd recommend to anyone is the smoked wings. No sauce is needed. Just finger licking tasty.
Our waitress Kaylee was amazing. Took great care of us.. Great food, even though the kitchen got our Wing order wrong. They quickly corrected their mistake. The burger was delicious and our boneless wings were awesome as well. If Kaylee is working I highly recommend going and don't forget to tip her!
