Really good sandwiches but the people making them are pretty inconsistent. This time I got no chips with any of the sandwiches I ordered. They gave me dipping sauce instead. Didn't ask for dipping sauce. It's disappointing when you get home and find out you often don't get what you paid for and are met with an eye roll if you point it out in the store.
I like the atmosphere of the restaurant for a quick lunch. I had the turkey Apollo that I was not pleased with the sandwich had maybe 2 thinly sliced slices of turkey. The original Apollo is served with Ham, Turkey, and/or Roast Beef. I thought maybe I would receive enough turkey for the substitution of the other meat. I like the 45 sauce and chips though.
I ordered lunch and my order was wrong. I ordered Turkey STP and they gave me the STP Dipper. I asked for a extra bag of chips and extra pickle. I got no chips at all or no pickle.
I like this place but the last few times I've been there it has been some of the worst customer service you can imagine. I even placed an online order and it was supposed to be ready 7:25, I get there 7:30, they're sitting around and one individual, after me telling them I was there, starts my order. They make you feel uncomfortable when you're in there and it just wasn't a good experience this time or the times before within the last year. I know places are struggling, but I think no one should feel uncomfortable in a place where they're going to spend their money
Definitely not as good as the original Groucho's. i had a salad that didn't look nor taste the same as i remember growing up. More big chunks of lettuce than toppings?
I used to come to the Groucho’s Deli when I was a kid with my dad and it has good memories attached to it . Best turkey bacon sandwich I’ve had in a while. You really get your moneys worth it’s a big sandwich, lots of turkey and bacon on it.
Love Grouchos! Truly fresh-baked bread and plenty of sandwich or salad choices.

I really like the chain however for some reason this location seems to forget to add the 45 sauce in my bag (multiple times). :/ Imagine getting all the way home and the best part of the sandwich is missing.
Nothing amazing, and it shouldn’t be. Food, chips, and drink for under $10. I got the turkey and bacon club. Lots of meat and bacon, my favorite. Lettuce and tomato were fresh. Overall a pretty bangin sandwich.
