I ordered ahead on the app and everything was ready for me when I got there. Food was hot and tasty. When I used the restroom I found there were no paper towels. I tried to get anyone's attention just to let them know, but everyone just looked away. I realized then that no employees had greeted or spoken to me the entire visit. Otherwise it would've been 5/5Not their fault but some guy came in and sat directly behind me to watch loud videos on his phone.
Freddy's restaurant is one of my grandchildren favors place to eat. But on, (04/30/2022), me and my wife decided to take the grandchildren to eat, so after everything was order we notice two items were missing then my wife took the receipt back in to collect the missing items but instead the manager yell at my wife saying you is lying!! you have everything you order. My wife shows him the receipt and he still saying you lying, and at the same he called out for another order of one of the items that was missing, and not giving us the other items that was missing. Mind you we spent $95.00 dollar there, but we are lying about what we are missing. What makes this situation so sad? One of the employees came outside and apologize for the manager behavior. This incident was uncalled for, and I will never go back to this location ever again. I THINK RACE PLAYED A BIG ISSSUE HERE.
just went through the drive thru, paid $11 and change for a double bacon cheeseburger combo. drove 10 miles home to discover I received a single plain patty burger with lettuce, tomato and onion. Not happy.
Hi - this was my second time trying this location and each time my food has COLD. I asked for fresh food and was more than willing to wait - plus- there was no line in restaurant… yet once again my food was COLD. I don’t usually complain at all and even gave the restaurant another chance because once I got home and microwaved our burgers they were delicious however I don’t like the fact that we had to wait. Plus- this time my mother requested fries with no salt- she is on low sodium diet and well that request wasn’t honored either- really disappointed. It wasn’t busy at all in there. SMH .
This was my fist visiting this establishment, and I hate to say I was not impressed, except for the fries. We went through the drive-thru on our way home. The first the lady in the drive said after greeting us is - we're out of fish sandwiches, hot dog buns, chicken sandwiches, custards and no drinks. All we have right now is burgers and fries. Since it's Sunday and places were pretty much close to closing, or would be a drive for something else we would want, we got two single burgers, no onions (Cassie got the anyway) and no mustard, w/ fries. A whopping $21.08 and no soda. You're out of everything - and 2 burgers and fries w/ cheese and pickles was $21.08 - no ketchup, lettuce, tomatoes - NADA. I won't be back - 1st impressions was a lasting impression. No Receipt Either, I had to look on my bank acct.
Real steak burgers way better than whataburger
Came in this evening for an early dinner with my son, the customer service was refreshing . The cashier and manager were both very friendly and helpful. The food came out fast and fresh. Even with the challenges restaurant s are facing, freddys is still rocking it. Thanks guys!
Best cheese curds I ever had! Burger was also delicious! Plan to try the custard before i head back home in a couple days!
The food was hot and prepared as ordered. Kayla, the manager, was extremely helpful for our large order. I will definitely return soon. Thanks for an awesome restaurant

Here it is again....10-18-21Freddy's KILLIAN ROADColumbia, SCWhile our family was returning from N.C. mountains Monday, October 18th, we ate at this location. At the beverage counter, there was a very wet floor with 2 wet floor signs, the water was standing in the floor, the rug was soaking wet. Both teas were watered down, the Fruit Punch and Pepsi were empty. There were 2 lids for the drinks, so we had to request more. There was NO TOILET TISSUE in women's bathroom. One toilet was continuously flushing itself. There were NO PAPER TOWELS in the holders. There was 1 roll of paper towels on the counter at the sink but they were wet. My daughter was served food on a dirty tray. She and my husband will be letting you know about this awful experience also. When I mentioned the flooded floor and the flushing toilet, one employee said a plumber was coming TOMORROW. It would be terrible if someone fell in your location. My daughter will also upload photo for you to see of the standing water. Seems no one showed up to work to prepare for the day.
