I purchased Food Gallery's 4th of July special yesterday. Pulled pork, hash and rice, baked bean, corn and a muffin. The food was excellent and the portion was more than enough. I plan to finish the other half for dinner tonight.
Anytime I come here I am pleased with my service . The people are nice and the food reminds me of my granny .. I come all the way from charlotte just for the yams and oxtails.. I always get a bang for my buck .
I've been going to this place for a while. The people are nice and very helpful. This is a soul food restaurant. It's really good. I highly recommend them.
These women can cook old school grandma Sundays meals all day long!! Excellent!!!
Fried pork chop was good don't like sweet collards lima beans was excellent rice & gravy wasn't hot but over it was ok. The lady that fixed my plate was very sweet
Sides was sweet and mushy. The lady with the glasses was not nice at all. The entree was over seasoned and greasy. Place smelled of old mildew, not worth the money.

So I finally made it to this spot. Someone told me about it a month ago..I had some time to kill today and I was near by. So if you like hole in the wall joints. This is your spot. I love hole in the walls. It was a bit bood. But that is right up my alley. Parking ... there is not alot. There are a few spots up front. Some on the sides..but its next to a liquor store. So it can get crowded. I ordered the fried pork chop meal. When I got home. I was very pleased. The yams was delicious. The mac n cheese was good also. And the collards. Everything was on point and I tried the house drink. That waa good alao. I will definitely he back because they got other stuff on the menu to try. And the prices were not too bad. The portions were also pretty decent.
I ordered 3wing meal with Mac & cheese, potatoes salad, and broccoli casserole. I really wasted my money today! I would give zero stars if I could! If you can’t see the wings it is because it was so small it might be under the Mac and cheese! ??
I've been there twice. The customer service is outstanding. The food is pretty good, too.
