Never had a bad experience here. Some of the best burgers around. A large fry is enough for 3 people.
Sorry of like an In and Out Burger but not near as good, twice the price and slow service. No milkshakes available? Seriously? I noticed it took five people to make a burger... is that why it's called Five Guys? Is there anyone assigned to clean tables, floors and bathrooms? If there is, fire him/her. Doing a lousy job.
Stopped by after the game, our order was a hotdog 2 orders of fries and 2 cokes....There were 5 guys behind the counter and it took 15 minutes to process the order and the food was way overpriced, almost $24 for that trainwreck. The dog was very good, just not that good. Will never return
Delicious, but a small fry is 5 dollars, and they had my order up for a few minutes without saying anything to me.
One of the best burgers I have had. I like the all the way option, their fries are much better than fast food places too! Pink lemonade is good too.
Good customer service at this location--THEY ARE ONLY ALLOWING FOR PICKUP AT THIS TIME due to COVID-19 protocol. Had two different burgers with different special instructions and they were both perfect. Have never had an issue with this five guys. (:
Good food, but the drink fountain was the all in one type, which I abhor. It makes your drink taste like a mix of all drinks poured before yours, in addition to the utter synthetic taste of the cherry in my cherry coke.Fix yourself, five guys, and you'll get five stars
We went the day of Soda City so it was super busy and understaffed(like all restaurants today?) but the cashier was nice and they cooked our order correctly. We ate outside bc it was a beautiful day! Oh, the drink station seemed clean even though it was so busy.
Soooo slow service. Good food, but I could get a meal at a regular restaurant faster. Took 35 minutes to get my burger and it wasn’t very busy.
It's gotten so expensive. And I think they forgot to season the beef. Tasted like nothing.
