Great all around service! I’ve been to Five Guys all around the nation and this one was by far the best! Less than a 10 minute wait from order to receiving my food. Staff greeted patrons as they entered the door. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Kudos to the management team and their associates, in a world full of subpar customer service this team got it right!
The French fries is excellent and the veggie sandwich is great

There was only one cook today. Two other employees not sure what there roll was but the cook held it down! The food was delicious and the wait wasn’t long especially being that there was only one cook.
we order here frequently and unfortunately they do not have it where you can use notes for example "grilling the jalapeños " so we always call in to make that adjustment and until today have always accommodated us with this which makes since when you order a $15 burger ... well now were being told that they can no longer accommodate us with this which is a huge dissapointment when we order from them a few times per week the last thing you would expect is to be told no we cannot do something so simple when spending that kind of money with a buisness

It's made to order burgers, can't really mess that up. They forgot something off my order but quickly rectified it. My only complaint is, they are a bit expensive. Order one large fry for a family because trust me, there will be plenty.
You already know about their legendary burgers. Pro tip; split the fries. My wife and I didn't even finish 1 order and they were awesome! For burgers I got the basic all the way while my wife opted for the cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard. We loved both. They also have the soda machine with dozens of flavors.
Five guys I usually don't eat a hamburger when I'm out because I'm real particular about the meat today but they made a great hamburger for me over at sandhill Mall and my fries was a little flimsy for some reason but the young man did such a good job as far as customer service and gave me a free drink and fries this particular time then I went back a week later somebody messed around and gave my order away but I was very patient it was okay it's my whole life I'm accustomed to disappointment but they made everything right and the manager came out she was very cordial and nice I just happen to be a good customer
