I'm sorry, because I am a happy supporter of Firehouse Subs. I am a former firefighter; it's near and dear to my heart. However, I ordered a NY Steamboat yesterday, and the pastrami was like leather. I couldn't bite through the sandwich....I had to tear the meat holding it with my fingers. It was quite the mess, and very difficult to eat. Sorry
Had a little bit of a wait, and parking is terrible but everybody's used to it by now. (It's next to a Chick Fil-A). Food is always good!
I placed my order through the app and I came to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. There was only two people on the line. I get it. You guys are short staffed, you’re backed up. Hell, I even used to work at this exact location so I understand completely how it is. But what I don’t understand is how can you not read the ticket and make sure the food you made is accurate and goes to the correct person? I get that you may be overwhelmed and are trying to get tickets out as fast as possible, but you can’t sacrifice the quality and the accuracy of the order. Plus, it didn’t help that when I brought up my concerns, the manager on duty tried to make it seem like I was somehow at fault because the ticket allegedly said, “Didn’t say you wanted bread for your sub.” I ordered a small cajun chicken and a side salad, of course I wanted bread for my sandwich! This place seriously needs more help for the weekends, but I guess no one is willing to pitch in and help their fellow coworkers. What a shame ??
Want a cold or hot sub this is the place to dine in or take out and they are contributors to local fire departments. Clean atmosphere, Courteous service, friendly smiles, at no extra cost.
The service is good and most of the time my food is ready on time.
Left without food..worst customer service ever...always a problem at this location...I know good help us hard to find..but the lack of communication is ridiculous...rudest manager ever...
Terrible service and order was wrong. When I got to this location, there was no one in line and 3 ladies working - two at the register and one sweeping. I placed my order and one or two guys appeared while I was ordering. Then I waited and waited. There were 6 guys that finally appeared behind the line not working but instead chatting and goofing off. Still waiting. And waiting. More and more customers came in. One guy that came in after me was already getting antsy for his order. Finally after 20 minutes placing my order, I get it and it's wrong! I should have checked before I left ??♀️ $10 for wrong sub and terrible service. Subway is looking like a better option next time I need a sandwich!
Waited OVER an hour for an order that was placed online. Just to get our order and it was completely wrong and disgusting! Definitely want management to reach out about this issue and want a resolution to this issue! When there’s over 5 people working, reading the tab on how we want our food, it shouldn’t be incorrect. And let’s say the lease, that we get home and it’s wrong.
Not the greatest sub. Bread for some reason was hard (not only at this location seems to be an issue at the majority of locations had the same (bread) problem in TN.Sub was warm, not hot. (Waited and dined in should have definitely been hot)Otherwise, customer service was good, and the restaurant was reasonably clean.
Decent for a quick sub. Staff was really good though.
