Good food but everytime I come here it takes at least 20 minutes or more to make my usual order of 2 subs, even when I'm the only one there (usually it's only 1-2 people at a timeHere now been waiting 23 minutes so farDefinitely last time coming to this location
After waiting for forty five minutes for an ONLINE order, my sub was wrong. Gladly I can say my Family’s was all correct. I promise you when I say I felt like everything was in slow motion today. When we finally asked about our food, the employee didn’t even care to make eye contact with us. A poor employee from Target was on her lunch break, waiting for about the same we were - I hope she got to eat her lunch.
They fast n friendly!!! Always got my turkey bacon ranch on point
The guy taking my order didn't seem to interested in having me as a guest.He didn't seem like he was listening to me when he took my order.... When I got my food it came out wrong, which shows that he wasn't ?I love firehouse but I will not be back to this one

Customer service was great. The only problem that came about was that one of the subs was not cut into 4 sections and had no jalapeños it as asked. Other than that everything was awesome! Great job!
