If you want food poisoning this is the place to go. The building is pretty on the outside disgusting on the inside. Staff not in uniforms no hair nets . The tea was slimy and tasted of mildew. Bread sticks were soggy. The food was heat and eat nothing fresh or presentable about it. Found a hair in my noodles. So disappointed. I want my money back.
4 African American employees throwing breadsticks! Took forever to take our order! Then I get to the window and everyone is laughing and throwing breadsticks! No wonder we sat there for 30 mins!! Nobody is working!A employee standing at the front counter, why nobody is allowed in the store clearly doing nothing!
The inside dining was closed but the GM was there and was so nice he let is sit on the inside to eat seeing we had 5 kids with us! I did not get his name but i would love to thank him!! We drove 2 hrs just to eat here lol and my kids loved it!!
Had to wait very long for someone to take my order at the drive thru…. Said they was changing Shifts. It been 20min and longer
I had a mix up with my online order ... but the manager made sure that the problem was corrected before I left. It is obvious he takes pride in his job and cares about the company he works for and his customers, he was very pleasant, friendly and helpful! Thank You, I will definitely be back
Oh my God. I have never heard of this place before and now I am in love. Their baked lasagna is perfection. To be honest, this is the first lasagna that did not give me terrible heartburn afterwards. And oh my God the breadsticks. Absolutely divine. 10/10 would recommend. I'm going back tonight to try other things there. Incredible, absolutely amazing. How have I never heard of them before?
We just had a lovely experience here! There was only three staff cooking, so to-go was the only option. Libby and the other two working did an amazing job getting everyone’s food ready. They never stopped moving and kept customer service as their top priority.
Drive through took almost 30 min and I was fairly annoyed, but the staff was so friendly and kind that it honestly made up for it. I know time is not always something the staff can control but they had great attitudes! Food was also great as always

Excellent! It had been well over 12 years since we visited a Fazoli's. Unfortunately the one in Myrtle Beach shut down. I was a bit skeptical but I'm so glad my wife surprised me with this visit. All 3 of our children enjoyed it. It was their first Fazoli's experience. We dug in so fast, I didn't get any pictures. The Customer service was good too!
