Service and food were amazing, Claudia was our server and she was fantastic. we'll be back
Hi there Google Gang it's yo Boi BiggHall wonst again with some delicious food ? news.... I stopped in for breakfast at my new SPOT, Egg UP GRILL, let me tells you; the service was excellent and the food was even better. Buttermilk pancakes and sausage patties, coffee and a Sprite... My second time at this restaurant. I will continue to do my breakfast here, and if you guys and gals are in the Columbia area, located on Forest Drive; stop by and enjoy whatever your taste buds desire. Breakfast lunch or dinner.. Restaurants very clean inside and outside... Service was great once again and the food was excellent ? ?
From the moment I walked in the doors, this place didn’t sit well with me!! When I walked in the door I was almost knocked over by an older white gentleman to get in the door. I walked in right behind this gentleman I was told that there was a 10-15 minute wait as I watched him be seated. Looking in the restaurant I saw that the bar seats were empty and she told me that I couldn’t sit at the bar because the kitchen needed to “catch up”. As I debated on leaving to eat elsewhere a black gentleman walked up and seated us right away!! Darnell was my server and he did phenomenally!!! He almost made me forget about this racist vibe walking in until I looked at the bar that I was told I couldn’t eat at and saw 2 white gentleman me oh seated!!! I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!! There are other options but if you have to eat hear ask for Darnell!!!!
Great service this Sunday morning about 830am on Forest Drive. Seated quickly, server Darnell was prompt and very attentive. Our order came out very fast. Best food and service we've had yet at this location. We normally eat here about once every 4-6 weeks.
❗️?❗️Had breakfast with the family at this location. The food was good! The fire alarm interrupted our meal. An uncontrollable circumstance, yes. But PLEASE, train your staff on how to react to this situation. It took a concerning amount of time for any employees to start evacuating customers out the front door. Fire alarms should always be taken seriously, false alarm or not. Safety of patrons comes before service. Thank you.
The food was not very good. The kitchen could not get the orders right for 4 people, even after sending the food back multiple times.. We love Eggs Up Grill, but not this location. The staff were ok with the exception of one who had a bad attitude. We appreciate the manager's efforts to accommodate us, but we will not be returning.
I have been to this location several times and have loved it every single time. So when asked to pick a place for my birthday dinner I picked this place because I love it. Highly disappointed. All of the food was either cold or burnt and cold. None of my food was prepared properly and I was informed that I couldn't get the strawberry cheesecake pancakes because they were a limited item. But someone got them after us....... we just paid the bill and left. We did get $2 off the bill. The birthday muffin was the highlight of the morning. I would probably be a little less upset if management had atleast stopped by to say something. I give 2 stars for the muffin and the fact that she kept our drinks full.
My husband and I tried this place since another place we go to was packed. I'm so glad because the food was delicious and the service was awesome. I had the corn beef omlette (forgot the name). It was out of my box, but I'm glad I tried it because it was filling and really good. My husband got the cheesecake pancakes. He ate every bite. We will most definitely be coming back.
It was a big breakfast, the burger has a lot of flavors, I really enjoyed, my husband and me also ordered a egg benedict, and avocado toast. Eggs was pretty good, avocato toast has too much tomato sauce on the top I don’t like it at all. The place is big and just have one bathroom for man and other for woman. The customer service was pretty good.
Loved this visit was an early anniversary breakfast date with my girlfriend & we both loved what we got. I love the fact that they sell Mimosas & we tried the new berry berry chocolate or something like that had a whole jug or cafe thing (whatever it's called). Blueberry muffin was delicious, the New York Cheesecake pancakes I had weren't better than IHOP in terms of taste but the cream cheese was better because they put it in between the pancakes something IHOP doesn't do. My girlfriend had a breakfast bowl not sure exactly which one but I tried hers it was good & hot. She loved it. If the pancakes themselves had tasted as good as the ones from IHOP they would've gotten 5 stars. Instead they get 4 and three quarters.
