I’ve been to this location twice first time I wasn’t really a fan, then tonight I suggested we give it another try. I ordered the crispy chicken wrap and it was sooooo tasty only to end up finding a longgg hair in my second half of the wrap it was cooked into the breading of the chicken. :( Don’t want to get any one in trouble but y’all need to fixed that asappppp!!!!
When I stepped in on a Sunday morning, there were signs warning customers of the beverages are not available. They had some problems with their water. The cashier had no personality but the food preparer made up with an optimist attitude. I had to get my morning coffee from Starbucks down at the Marriott!!The next day I went back and they had two cashier's. One on their phone looking down at it and responding. The other one, never said good morning, just stared like I had two heads ?I guess the cashiers are not morning people. I did enjoy a short conversation with one of the staff members that workin the kitchen.
I used to love this place, but the quality is declining. With the pandemic and the supply chain problems, I understand food shortages and such. But customer service should remain constant. Please institute customer service training. If you do, and I see an improvement, I promise I will come back here and give you five stars and the credit you deserve.On the plus side, my sandwich was good. But personnel taking my order and giving me my order were dismissive, abrupt and distracted.
Out of town guest and ate here for lunch. Had a friend recommend the spot. I was pretty excited only to be disappointed by the quality and service. We went late lunch around 2:30 and they were not too busy but it still took around 15-20 mins to get our food. I order the cheesesteak. I was pretty disappointed with the amount of meat that came on the sandwich. It was hardly any, maybe 2 or 3 ounces worth and not many peepers and onions either. After the first bite I was let down again, bland under seasoned. I’m not a chef but Gordon Ramsey came to mind. He would not approve. Gave two stars because we also got the cake and it was pretty good.
Used to like to go there for the salad bar. Unfortunately that is gone and the salad you order off the menu is lacking. Me and my girlfriend went had a salad and a wrap with 2 drinks... over $30. Salad was less than impressive and they did not put everything on it that I paid for. Service was slow. Wait person practically threw our food at us on the table. There were no straws, and one of the drinks was out of order. I wont be back. Girlfriend works downtown and says that people in her office used to go there a lot but now no one goes there anymore.
Me and my office mates go a few times a week. Why not sure, the service is slow and at least one of us gets a messed up order. Today it took 25 minutes for a grilled cheese. The employees argued over who was going to fill up the empty ice dispenser. The food is usually good and consistent. The atmosphere is good and it's clean. The service is tough and not the friendliest staff.
My go to place when I worked near here the French dip is my absolute favorite and that's what I get every time they have the best fries
I eat cake and it was good, a little dry but good favor, they don’t have milk for my cake ?, but over all a nice experience, the service friendly, the place pretty cool, I love the decorations, and you have enough parking in the street.Wednesday Jan 26/2022
Was not pleased by our FIRST ever experience at this restaurant. Of course I read the reviews. I started with the bad and worked my way to the good reviews to see if maybe, we should give it a try. Well we did. I placed an online order and right after, I called and asked if they could make sure that my order was made correct, and not burnt, as previous reviews has stated and MOST importantly, could they make sure that all of my food is in the bags. I didn’t want to have to get home and someone possibly got their order missed. Well, unfortunately the reviews of the food being burnt definitely was accurate. We ordered a total of five entrees. Three / five we substituted the chips for fries. We had an order time for picked as 5:45 PM which, I didn’t mind waiting about 10-15 min over because I expected our food to be hot and fresh. Well, we didn’t get the hot part or fresh. We waited and our fries were still COLD, we had to put our food in the microwave when we got home and let’s not mentioned, two of our phillys came with a chunk of cheese YAYYY but the meat was extremely !!! Burnt. Absolutely no flavor and disgusting.My brother did love his chicken wrap which was great he mentioned even though he had to heat it.
Well today was our first time visiting. I ordered a burger and my husband ordered 2 hot dogs sub the chips with fries. Well wasn't told she subbed both hot dogs with fries adding an extra 2.60 then waited 22 minutes to get a totally burnt hamburger and they flipped meat so if I visually looked at it wouldn't tell till I bit into it. So dry and charcoal burnt. Fries weren't even hot as the order took so long to get. Will not go back . 32.00 wasted
