This place becomes less and less desirable each and every visit. I give up, can't continue to waste money in this manner. I feel that an employee can only be as great at what their expectations are based on how they are supervised. The greater the accountability, the greater the productivity for a quality delivery. Managers should be held responsible. Possibly performing surprise quality check every now and then. The two star is because I was FINALLY given a replacement for my order. I had to argue with two employees for what a previous manager told me.This is the short of my experience with this place and I will leave it at that. Will no longer support this business.

Pictures show advertisement vs REALITY! The manager told me its because of the way the sandwich was cut....what??? How do you cut a sandwich to make the top have no meat? Refused to correct it in any manner. Please... TRY HARDER!!
This location was great when it first opened but it is steadily going downhill. Ordered delivery tonight and blt had zero tomatoes in it, the lettuce was minimal, and while the bacon was there it was covered in so much grease you couldn't even taste the bacon. Let's not forget the bread wasn't toasted as asked for at all so it was also super soggy from the greasy bacon. Absolutely terrible.
The cooks are not wearing masks, no hair cap.Servers in front, no gloves, no masks touching customers' orders, the young men's pants hanging off their behinds. One kept pulling his pants up and grabbing customers' orders. Had to leave. Watch people who are preparing your food.
Really enjoyed everything we ordered. Will definitely go back to try some other menu options. Take out service was fast.
I ordered 2 sandwiches with fries. 30 minutes later food was still not ready. i asked the staff about the food and one told it was COVID going on right now and one said we a lot of grill food. Will not be going back.
The food is okay, I got a sub and a piece of cake, 21 dollars and change, no drink comes with it, I had no idea the cake was 8.99 until I paid ,The food is good but not again , the side of potato salad came in a 3 oz portion cup, the great thing was my cashier, he was great ?
They make a good tomato bisque and have plenty of choices on the sandwich side. My personal favorite is the Citadel. Kids eat free on Tuesday evenings. They are on the pricier side though.
The food is getting bland, like the chicken tenders. Tenders taste like they go from freezer to fry to your plate in under a minute.The staff was not very pleasant when my order got messed up either. ?
