We were visiting South Carolina here fort Jackson to watch my son graduate boot camp, and we got into an accident. The staff at Dunkin' donuts allowed us to sit there while we figured out how to get a new vehicle, and a ride back to our hotel. They offered the kids donuts and some hot chocolate and made sure we were well taken care of and that we were okay. Wonderful staff I thank them very much for everything they've done for us. Wonderful people!!!!!!
1 star is generous. The store was only open for app pick up and drive through. The staff was clearly annoyed that we walked in and ordered on our app. The inside was filthy and the only person really busting it was the guy cleaning. Ordered a small coffee and it sat done with 4 minutes before they set it on the pickup counter. My friend ordered a large coffee that was done and sitting without a lid under the coffee carafe for the same time while the 3 girls appeared busy and ignored us. So disappointing when you go out of your way to get Dunkin on a road trip.
I love their donuts, and they finally put names on the donut the flavors that we like so, I was impressed to see that., But, I don't like the fact that they don't wear plastic gloves to grab the donuts.. hopefully they can enforce the wearing of gloves. because coronavirus is out there. PLEASE ENFORCE GLOVES

I stop at this DD to get my bride a refresher drink a lot. Enough that the staff recognizes me and knows her drink.I always walk in because the staff is fun to talk with and extremely nice.If you are in the mood for a DD product, this one is a good choice.
Worst DD I have ever been to. They did not have many things a DD typically has, and the drink my wife got was mixed badly. Did not taste good. Spent over $6 on the drink and 1 donut. How is that possible? And we threw away the drink. Not good...
I came all the way here from the highway cause j live Dunkin but they literally didn’t have anything, not hazel but mocha or oatmeal products. They just looked at me like oh well. Usually Dunkin’ has better service and the lady that helped me with the braids was not accommodating at all.
I normally come here and it’s always something but I typically let them slide because every place has its bad days. But I’ve been in the line over 20 mins, they clearly don’t carry what other Dunkin’s carry, it’s only 2 workers with sense
Love, love their signature caramel crazed ice latte and their sausage, egg and cheese croissant. The wait wasn't too bad either.
Look at Dunkin on Garners. Awesome service today. It's all about getting the right people on your team. There was a super energetic guy in drive thru today and I loved his enthusiasm today. I know he's probably new but he's a keeper.
