A shame ill not be returning to this Dunkin, because I live right near it. Simple coffee order is wrong every time. Can't count the amount of times I've gotten iced milk instead of iced coffee. Cold brew is consistently made wrong and tastes like water. Employees decide when to close early. Just an awfully unprofessional place. Dunkin in the St. Andrew's and Irmo area should be avoided.
Used to be a great place to go for coffee and treats but they’ve been lacking the past few months. Came here last week for donuts and coffee while running errands and was told that they “don’t have food anymore.” Kind of strange since thats a part of the business and half the items you sell are food. Don’t think I’ll be coming here anymore. Sad because its the closest one to my home.
The cashier was rude, they got my simple coffee order wrong... TWICE... The donuts were dry. The first cup of coffee was supposed to be a small hazelnut with just cream. There was so much cream in that cup it didn't resemble the color of coffee and it spilled out the top of the cup. Then she yelled at my husband for placing the coffee on the take out window, and told us to get it off her counter and throw it out. This required me to get out of my vehicle across the car lane to carry it to the trash bin. She came back with a new cup of coffee, which was NOT hazelnut. This is not rocket science... I was so furious at her attitude and indifference, we just took the coffee and left. That cup was also over filled and spilled steaming hot liquid onto my hands... I gave this review way more consideration than I got at this Dunkin store!
Stopped at 12:20 on Saturday to grab a coffee and a bagel. Literally no cars in the parking lot, didn’t see anyone inside, and no one else was in the drive thru. Guy at the drive thru told me they can’t do food (at lunchtime…) because their cook stepped out. I asked if he could just throw a bagel in the toaster for me and he said no, haha. I’ve had poor experiences before at this location and won’t be going back here. Not sure what the point of a donut place is that won’t let you order food!
We've been to this dunkin a few times and everytime we go the people are super rude. My fiancé and friends refuse to go here and prefer to go to the one in west Columbia.
The worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to in terms of service. Finally learned my lesson this time and won’t be going back. Service is always incredibly slow and orders are wrong more often than they’re right. Different employees every time you go. Overheard convos make it seem like no one is actually getting trained properly which would explain the poor service. Some people are really nice but others will just ignore you completely / make you feel like an inconvenience.
I am not at all happy with the service I have received here. Too bad, I have to leave 1 star. I wouldn't even do that. And to be honest this place has fallen apart for months now. You cannot say it is the staff being you have the same staff there. They are rude and do not even make your coffee right or could care less if they do. While even busy the manager left to go on break while several people were waiting on food and drinks. They keep the heater really high in the lobby so the customers are uncomfortable. They made the comment under their breath when someone stated how hot it was in there. Hello, keep it cold to keep germs away. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE & WORSE DRINKS EVER!Our company will no longer be doing business with DUNKIN period. Starbucks it is!!!!
I live in the Saint AndrewsArea but frequentlyTravel to Southwest Florida where all DDs in the Fort Myers area are fast and efficient but this location could not be more opposite. Every time I come here the service is incredibly slow even when there are only a couple of customers. Waited 15 minutes AT THE DRIVE WINDOW for a toasted bagel and coffee. The bagel was left over from the previous night. Disgusting!
2 employees inside at 4:15pm on Sunday. The young man came to the door and said they were closed. According to the website they were supposed to be open until 7pm. All lights were on at the time.
All I see are the staff making our food without masks. How do I know they are not coughing on my food and into my coffee?? I’m good. Thanks. Management should be fired.
