Very rude staff. Last 2 times I’ve been there its taken over 30 min to get a few donuts and a coffee. Last time I wanted to add an egg for my child and was rudely told to pull around and go through the drive through again if I wanted to add an egg. Just lost a customer over a egg. Also stood in line a few weeks ago 20 minutes by myself before 1 person said anything to me. Waited another 20 minutes for a iced coffee.

I Love Dunkin Donut on Forest Dr but Lately I've been VERY Disappointed. I go EARLY Every Morning to Get my Coffee and Lately my Coffee has been made Wrong this Morning it was very Bitter and Old Tasting. And the new Tall Lady is VERY Unprofessional.PLUS it's Always a Long wait to get my Order.
Came at 6:33 sat in line until 6:38. Nobody answered the voice box in the drive thru line. Parked, went to the door and knocked. Noticed a sign the size of a post it that said, drive thru only. Could not visually see anyone but could here a woman shouting. Nobody at the counter, drove thru or in lobby.Epic fail in customer service. Places like this always try to close early to avoid responsibility to customers.
Incredibly slow (expect to sit in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes) and drinks are constantly made wrong. My boyfriend and I sat at the window for 15+ minutes before being acknowledged… we ordered two simple drinks. Completely unacceptable. Starbucks is worth the extra money. Never again.
Twice I’ve had mobile orders and no later how long I wait to go pick them up I still have to wait 10-15 mins. Today I just left since I have to go to work. The staff is rude, they were complaining the whole time. I watched customers come in and not be greeted or anything while standing at the counter for 5+ minutes waiting to order. I would not recommend going their period.
So update Dunkin makes me so sad now. Never enough employees. Absolutely longest times. They don't even use the order speaker anymore which adds to wait time and rarely have any doughnuts. Which weren't that good anyway I guess. Use to be my favorite and now it's just a disappointment.
The 2 for $4 sausage biscuits weren't the best. The munchkins were a day old and I threw them away because a gnat had flown into the box (it was on top of the box at the location). The free medium coffee was the best item (available through the app).

In the time I spent stuck in the drive through, I could have driven to the grocery store, bought coffee, gone home, brewed it....and at least have had the correct cup of coffee when I got to work. .
