Sign up outside saying espresso machine down isn’t call for being rude when a drink is ordered. Not everyone know what drinks has espresso in them. Then to leave speaker on and talk about folks. Definitely uncalled for.
It’s 6:33pm and I came for a Cappuccino Blast, and they’re closed. When the door says they close at 7pm. Being short staffed is understandable but there should at least be some kind of written notice letting customers know.
The people behind the counter have too much of an attitude like they don't want to be there, if y'all act like that I hope your pay is minimum wage. I guess they don't get paid enough to care.
Young guy had no mask on, very unwelcoming demeanor, rolled his eyes the entire time, shouldn’t work here. Could be just a bad day, but it’s not the customers fault. ?
The donuts and hot chocolate were good, but the customer service was lacking... The lady who was making the coffee missed my hot chocolate and then had an attitude when I asked about it.. I could just tell she didn't want to be there
I love this place and my kid does well in school for their doughnuts as a treat...however, the beggars that were surrounding the speedway across the street done migrated around the doors here and I don't like that. Get it under control and me and kid shall return. One smells of pee, the other of feces, and the 3rd one reeks of old liquor. Not what I want to endure before getting my coffee.
I ordered a medium hot coffee, the cashier said it was free because I scanned my app, she didn’t give me a receipt now I’m being charged $12.86 ?
Did not dine there if you like Dunking Doenuts you never tried Krispy Kream.
They are like a second family to my fiancé and I!!!! We still come back and get great service even though we moved over 20 minutes away from this location.
