Their speaker is terrible—can’t hear a thing you’re asking for, so I cut my order short because I was tired of repeating myself after the 5th time of them asking “I’m sorry what?” Also no knowledge of their menu when I asked for an item and they seemed clueless as to what I was talking about. Realized finally what I was referring to and it was still incorrect/made wrong. Donut was sad looking and wrong type of filling so the entire experience was disappointing. I won’t go again, I’d rather drive the extra mile and go to the garners ferry location. Pics below of my sad looking donut referred to as the brownie batter donut.. note the inside filling ?
Extra large hot Coffee with extra cream and sugar was perfect. Fast service for a Dunkin. Thanks to the staff here for doing it right in all areas
Ever since Covid you don't know if it's going to be drive thru only take out only or both till you get to the store. I take a bus so I either get to eat breakfast or if drive thru only day I end up eating what I can find at a nearby gas station or CVS. So I just stopped going.
Worst service ever. I didn’t see the piece of paper that said mobile orders only and got yelled out. So insanely rude, I have never been yelled at like this at any restaurant.
Walked in to order but was informed by one of the employees that the inside was for mobile orders only. Was fine with that but the one young lady was going to go ahead and take our order since we only wanted a few doughnuts. The manager goes to let her know the inside is only for mobile orders and she replied well they just wanted a few doughnuts. Her reply was "so..and make sure you lock the door when they walk out". I usually come to this dunkin everyday when the kids are in school. But after that interaction I will never spend another dime in there. The manager was very rude(The one with the braids). This Incident happened today 12/07/21 at 2:45.
This location has always been my go-to when I want Dunkin'. My favorite drink is their frozen hot chocolate. They had it this time, but when they didn't on my previous visit, they made it right. Friendly workers who make you laugh and all-around, pretty good customer service.
Worst service I have ever experience, lobby is closed and long line which isn't a problem I understand there is a lot going on. Get to the intercom and they ask us to wait no issue they are busy. After waiting for like 5 mins I give my order they ask if I want cream and sugar in one of the drinks, I turn to ask my wife if she wants cream and sugar in her drink and before I can even relay the question the woman on the intercom yells out I said do you you want cream and sugar!?!?!?!...... thank you for reminding me why I always go to Starbucks I won't make this mistake again.
I walked in this morning, and I was disgusted. The staff does not wash their hands before handling people's food, I was ignored for about 5 to 10 minutes, and the woman taking my order was very rude. I did not purchase anything, and I will not purchase anything from this place until they improve. I will take my business to Krispy Kreme or Starbucks! Shame on you Dunkin for your conduct.
This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a Dunkin donut. I went to the Dunkin' donuts on Devine Street today for service. The line was extremely long and moving excessively slow I went to the the door and found it locked. There is no notice at all on the door indicating that the lobby was closed. I called inside and asked if in fact the inside was locked. The young lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked was this the only location that had the lobby closed and she said that she did not know I asked if it would not be too much trouble to post a notice on the door indicating that the lobby was closed and she slammed the phone down in my face. I understand that the service industry is understaffed and that people are working longer hours and working harder. However being disrespectful and rude should never be acceptable I left and did not and will not ever patronize this location and I am asking that anyone in this area no longer patronize this location. I have taken my business to Starbucks and that is where I will continue to go where I receive good customer service. How shameful of this company to let that type of behavior be the norm.
Placed a curbside order, pulled in to the parking lot and waited, and watched the drive thru lane back up all the way to Devine Street. Cars were eventually pulling away and leaving. I saw someone walk up to the door but it was locked; an employee came out and let them in. Later, they walked out with their order. I walked up to the door and was told "the inside is closed". I told them I had a curbside order, they said "hm" and walked away into the back. I went back to my car and waited another 20 minutes. Watched another person walk up to the door, be let in, and walk out with their order. I tried going to the door again. Knocked on the door. An employee walked around the corner, looked at me and the person waiting with me, and walked back into the back. I waited 5 minutes more, then I finally left.I had to call the customer service line to have my order refunded. I don't know if they're having a labor shortage like everywhere else, which I understand, but maybe a sign on the door? Or something? In any case, I won't bother coming back. There's so many Starbucks in the area that I won't bother trying to get anything from Dunkin again.
