The French cruller doughnuts, were TERRIBLY dry and tasteless. They were in the past, perfect. not sure what's going on at this location. Also tried the doughnut holes they were cold, cold, cold apparently coming out of the refrigerator? Early in the morning around 6:45am, why were they so coldSolution: will go to Krispy Kreme from now on.

Told there wasn’t any “mocha” flavor. So I ordered the “original” (no flavor) frozen coffee. When she hands it to me, and I question why it looked so dark? She said it was the original. Now, I can’t even taste it to see how it was, because they ran OUT of straws as well, and it has whipped cream. Get home, stir it up, taste it, and it was ALL coffee, no sugar, no milk/cream and a few ice pieces, NOT frozen!! SMDH

I visited on 5/5/2022 to pick up some donuts teacher appreciation which I ordered through the app. While waiting in the long line I decided I wanted to get a tea. When I got to the speaker to let them know I was here to get my mobile order and ask to order a tea I was told by the guy only one order per car. So I asked what would have happened if in the time I was waiting to get to the speaker I had placed another mobile order... A female answered we would have given you your order. So then the guy rudely takes my order but if course they are all out of sweet tea. Every since this location acquired new management they have been horrible wait times and rude staff. Some mornings I have placed a mobile order during times they are supposed to be open get there and no one was there. They need to do better

The wait is always long here, nothing new. Food is good as well as drinks. Wanted to give props to the manager who brought me out my food! He went the extra mile with his apology and he explanation. Give that poor man a hug. Food service industry is hard to be in right now... so if you're not willing to wait then don't be in line.

We went to order Dunkin’ and they gave us 2 wrong drinks, burnt our bagel, and never gave us our hash browns. The guy at the window was nice but other than that it was not good.

Placed order in the Dunkin mobile app. Paid in the app and gave drive through pickup. Waited in the queue for 25 minutes. In the drive through speaker, I told my name and mobile order, the lady said to come and pickup at the window.When I came to window to pickup, the young lady says “she can’t find my order “. Then another old lady comes and asks for my name. I told my name and showed the Dunkin app order confirmation and money I paid already. The old staff says so rude “ she couldn’t find my order and told me to check if I came to the right store, SERIOUSLY WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THIS LADY? Are these people HIGH ON SOMETHING?? ??. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even after showing my order confirmation, payment that lady did not believe. She then went and checked for the donuts and munchkins and said she doesn’t have what I ordered and can only give what they have in store.I took what they had and drove away. WORST STORE, will never come again.The donuts and munchkins were delicious 5/5.6 donuts- I did not get what I ordered in the mobile app.10 munchkins- I did not get what I ordered in the mobile app. The staff gave me only glazed ??‍♂️?

By far the worst experience ever! I waited in line for 7 minutes. I’m assuming the car ahead of me was confused and causing the delay! Not at all the case. Once I made it to the order box, I sat for an additional 3 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. To make matter worst, once I ordered my food, it was completely wrong! The presentation looked like they got it off the floor! I was so angry that I simply pulled off. Had I engaged the young (immature) lady at the window, I’m afraid I would have did something that I would’ve later regretted!

Literally like all the other reviews said, way too slow. There's at least 4 people inside doing who knows what. Don't have to deal with orders inside since they're only doing drive thru. Legit about 10 minutes per car/order.Just ordered a medium coffee with sugar and she repeated back coffee and cream about 3 times. Need to cut some inefficiencies out here for sure. Also pretty sure she missed my donut order, that's OK, just trying to get out of this line at this point...

This place deserves zero stars! I've come here a couple times before and had issues, but today took the cake! I decided to Doordash my order. The bagel I ordered was burnt and so hard I couldn't bite into it. The sourdough sandwich was not toasted as requested. My coffee roll was missing. To make matters worse, I tried calling them and unsurprisingly the phone number was disconnected! Do NOT waste your time, gas or money on this place!

I had the Matcha Latte. I was a little worried about the taste, but it tasted great. I wish they had alternate options for the milk, like almond or oat. It had a lot of ice, just as I like it. The new Dunkin menu options are great. I even saw gluten free brownies at the drive up.
