If I could give this restaurant ZERO STARS I WOULD!! They are very unprofessional and the manager is rude! The staff is rude except for one young lady. Mr. Henry(manager)would not give me my money back for what I purchased after I voiced my concerns about their poor services. The manager was not apologetic and said that he was to busy to help me. The manager allowed his employees to talk unprofessional towards me as I was a paying customer. I asked for the owners name and number and NO ONE WOULD GIVE ME THE INFORMATION!!! This establishment is horrible and I will never spend money here again!!
on 5/26/22 we visited and went inside because of the long drive thru line, we stood about 5 minutes waiting and 2 other people came inside waiting behind us. after another 5 minutes a guy walks around and just says “lobby’s closed,” there’s no sign on the door, no indication of not being able to order inside. he was so rude and unprofessional. i understand if the lobby is closed due to staffing etc, but just to be that rude instead of simply putting a sign on the front door.
Very bad customer service. I sat at the drive thru for about four minutes and no one greeted me. I drove up to the window and was told I could not make a order and that I would have to get back in line although I had already been waiting. I came in to speak with a manger because I am a regular customer of this establishment and have been able to order at the window plenty of times. The manger couldn’t have cared less.
This Dunkin rarely has the supplies needed for the drink orders and the younger staff are terrible with customer service. Don’t expect to be greeted with a hello, how are you, may I help you or a SMILE
Wow all i can say is i wont come back to this establishment again. Walked in and a employee didnt even say hi just said do you have a mobile order. I said no but i would like I dozen doughnuts. All he said was no we only do mobile orders and then i asked him so the lobby is open but i cant buy doughnuts after i saw another guy just buy some (i think it was his friend by the way they talked to each other). He just ignored me and was completelty rude.
Placed mobile order and in drive through.Quick drive through, friendly staff, and very kind.Sad that every time I go to Dunkin, most of the donuts are not available. Glad I didn’t place order for donuts in mobile app.EGG WHITE & VEGGIEOMELET BITES - is amazing ? hot, fresh and delicious ?.Stroopwafel donut - must purchase. It’s delicious, the waffle topping is soft, has pinch of cinnamon, perfect amount of sweet. Great taste ?.Vanilla cream donut was yummy ? fresh and tasty.
Haven't had a bad experience at a Dunkin Donuts yet. Best coffee drinks and selection. Love their breakfast sandwiches, they fill you up and get you on your way. Always ask for a cup of old fashioned donut holes for the pups. They love them. Employees here are great.
So I found out that you stopped the free donut for seniors. Very disappointing to me. Then I asked the cashier for a cup of water so I can take my medicine. She said I will have to charge you. I was I disbelief. Dunkin should be ashamed of themselves. That's all.
The workers were extremely nice and so patient with me while I was making my selections. They were fully stocked too. It was worth the drive.
Apparently at this Dunkin' an Iced Peppermint Mocha will get you an iced coffee and some very defensive employees who tell you that if you want a Mocha Latte you better say latte otherwise their default is iced coffee. I explained that I had been a barista for 5 years and this was news to me and they said that was the other place and this is them. Well alrighty then.
