Great BBQ. I will for sure be back. Service was great as well. Very nice and accommodating with it being our first time in.
Buffet had a good variety. The fish nuggets were 8/10. BBQ was 5/10.
Drove by one day and took a mental note! Glad I did. Decided to come after an appointment I had in the area and the food definitely lived up to it's reviews!! It's good stuff!! All home cooked deliciousness!! We went at like 12 noon. It was busy but pleanty of food and extra seating if the main lobby is full.
It's good but not great. Fried catfish was the best part. Only BBQ was pulled pork. Really expected ribs or brisket. They would have received more stars. Kinda pricey for just fried chicken, fish pulled pork and a couple of vegetables. $15 for one person including small tip.
Very friendly staff especially the lady at the register she always make me smile. Food is great and I absolutely love the fried catfish nuggets. Only con is that I wished they stayed open a little later. Would love to pick up something on the way home after 3.
BLUF: A $15 BBQ buffet that has great food, great staff, and a great social dynamic. Think Southern BBQ and Southern hospitality. You're home here.This store knows what it is an doesn't fight it. If it is related to BBQ it's on display and on the buffet. All you can eat pulled pork, catfish, chicken, Mac n cheese, collard greens, corn, hash, slaw, banana pudding, peach cobbler. It is all good. And worth the 15 dollars it takes to sit down and get a drink.They are open 3 hours and if I was able and brought my appetite I would love to stay, it's a great environment and I encourage everyone to stay and try it. I will be back for sure!!
This place rocks. Really cool setting for some great bbq. The buffet was constantly being stocked with fresh hot food and at around $13 was totally worth it. You will leave here stuffed and happy.

Found this place by accident and so glad we did !!! Best food ever! Will come every time we’re in Columbia and maybe even drive down for the day to eat lunch.
The food was absolutely perfect I haven't been to Doc's in about 8 to 9 years. Wasn't never really impressed with the Que. Everything else I liked. But. Today it was on point. All of it. A definite place to go eat some really good food at a reasonable price.
