The food quality has went down the drain. 9 months ago I would’ve given this place 5 stars. I took my kids yesterday $178.58 was my total. My bag barely had any sauce to off set the extreme seasoning in the bag. Making it to salty to consume. They don’t take food back. They don’t apologize for their screws, and still expect for you to pay. They pretended to make the bag over and they didn’t they just shook it up to appear that they did. The girls that work their literally look as if they rolled out of bed, with bonnets head scarfs. Just pure ghetto. Let’s not talk about the loud music as if it’s a club. The parking lot trashy from cups bottles.
The food was good. It did appear that the staff were a little overwhelmed and out of sorts, however, we got our food and drinks without a long wait.

great seafood. lots of flavors. good customer service but i rated it 4 stars because the other day i went and ate then later in the night my face under my eyes were puffy from a allergic reaction .. i feel they cross contaminated my food with stuff i’m allergic to because i ate here many times and my face never did this. but overall good place ! Just know some people are allergic to some shellfish can’t be mixing everything !
This was a great experience. One of the members is our party tonight was a first time seafood eater. Shania was a great server. She was on point. He did everything she could to ensure he new what the specials were and checked on us often. We will definitely be back here. Very professional young lady.
The food is soo delicious! I recommend the Cajun flavor :) plus the food is done pretty fast! Everyone is really nice & the bathrooms are well maintained. And the prices are affordable too!
Two years I have frequented this establishment at least 2 times a month but the same special..I never really have an issue in tens of service but tonight was so incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful! The young girls answering those phones have no respect hang up in your face yes I may on asked several times a bit confused on what I desired however to just hang up on a customers face! Wow really? Then when the manager was addressed Kevin he was pleasant patient and helped me resolve my confusion however there was an obvious air when he walked away like nothing was going to come off the complaint and extremely rude behavior.. nevermind the young ladies laughed when he walked away printing me to day you all think it’s funny huh? Right then and there I decided I will cease business all together! I do not willingly spend money in a place that allows its employees To carry on in that manner. I always also tip the to go team they got nothing tonight so keep working against your pockets ladies. I paid almost $40 to be upset and disrespected.. not my kind of vibe

This place is a waste of time and money!!! I had to send the oysters back. I ask them not to over cook the food and they did. The send out a lobster shell no lobster in it at all! Please don’t waste your time going
Went on Friday night. It was a little confusing at the front but eventually we were seated. Served by a very nice overworked server. We understand staffing shortages. I wanted Oysters- so that is what I ordered. They were very tasty but small (dime sized). Everthing was tasty but the portions were small.
