Since the beginning started bad, first, phone number taken wrong so they never let me know that my table was ready. 2nd, steak was medium well done and hard instead of medium, send it back, when we get our 2nd steak was well done , 3rd scramble egg uncooked . We left both our plates food was not edible, normally we get stuffed . The only good thing was the waiter, she was very nice. We never had this problem, I had always enjoy the food. Hopefully next time will be better
I have seen a lot of bad reviews and I cannot see why. I ordered the Gand Breaded Chicken Tenders, steak fries and double order of turnips. The Chicken Tenders were juicy and had lots of flavor. The fries were hot and crispy. The turnips were eaten so fast, I forgot to taste them! The place was clean as was the rest room. I will return!!
The service was okay, waitress would disappear and would not come back for a while and the food? They served my child burnt mac and cheese. Who does that ??? The food was not hot and the biscuits were cold and so was the butter, hard to spread on cold food. We enjoyed the store part , it was a little bit pricey but we found some things to buy that were reasonable.
We were greated quickly and seated right after. The waitress came over after a couple of minutes and took our drink order. We waited five minutes for our waitress to come back with our drinks. While she was there we ask her to take our order and to bring us some corn bread and biscuits. 10 mintes later no biscuits, no bread, no food no drinks. 20 mintues later still no waitress. I did see her go to another table and try to get het attention but she went out to the store are and was talking to the greeter. So another few minutes later I see food being delivered to a table near us, and thought, they came in after us and just finished their order why are they already getting their food? Turns out it was our food that was being put on their table. Of course they were confused as was we. Anyway they brought us the food and I ask again for Biscuits and Cornbread. Here we go again. Our waitress finally comes back to see if we are ok. So I ask again for Biscuits and Cornbread. So we wait and when we are almost ready to leave, we get Biscuits and Cornbread.Please look at the picture of the Biscuits and Cornbread.
The meal was good, however the server needed to pay more attention. I had asked for a replacement coffee as the one I was served tasted as though it had been cooking all day. I ended up asking the Manager lady to get me one as after 15 minutes went by I still had no coffee. The temperature of the food was a little on the Luke warm side. The server brought us the check but never asked my employee or I if we wanted anything else. Disappointed as it had been quite a while since my last visit.

Not to happy with this place as of recent. Placed an online order gives time it will be ready for curbside. Call, no answer. Go in the front has no order. Man comes out what's this call in for Amanda. Literally 30 min after stated time it would be ready my order comes out. No sorry for your wait ...nothing. it will be a hot second before I step back in here. No happy!
2nd time walking out of this place without getting services. 1st time I let slide because it was snowing that morning. We went in waited in line for 10 minutes then where told they didn’t have enough staff to help us….. Okay fine. This time, walked in was seated right way. 10 minuets later still no server. I said to my husband let’s give it 5 more minutes. Well less then 3 minutes of me saying that another couple was set and a waitress was at there table right away. Went and told the hostess and she could have cared less.Guess we didn’t warrant your time! I know it’s no skin off the company’s back or even the people here’s back if I don’t come again. But maybe this review will keep others from wasting there time.
It took so long to get our food. I mean...people came in after us, ate and left before we even got our food. Big parties I mean. There was only 3 of us but things happen, its all good. Food was just subpar. The worst was a waitress with a yellow shirt wearing an apron with the name Mae on it. Doing a horrible gagging cough in her hands and I know we werent the only ones disgusted by the behavior regardless of a pandemic or not, get some manners if you are going to work in food service. We won't ever return.
