Worst service ever! While placing the order, they kept switching between people taking the order, neither were friendly. After leaving we got about 20 minutes up the road, 2 of the 3 orders were messed up. We turned around only to find the inside was locked so no other choice but the drive thru with the SAME TWO PEOPLE SWITCHING IN BETWEEN trying to tell them the order was messed up only the keep cutting my husband off - we finally were told to pull to the window for the guy to never apologize, keep cutting my husband off AGAIN and laughing at him as he slammed the window in his face. The order was a chicken and cheese ONLY sandwich which was covered in lettuce, tomato and Mayo. The two chicken and cheese only quesadillas were cheese only. I order here about once or twice a week and I’ve never had any issues. My food is always accurate and cooked well. This location serves me well every time! I can’t relate to all the negative comments.
when asked for my order i started listing what i wanted on my burger and was rudely interrupted and asked what DONT i want on the burger. then i listed what i did not want. after asking me to repeat my burger order several times the woman proceeded to give me a cheeseburger with only onions, not the 5 other toppings i asked for. I also did not get my milkshake or drink. ruined my night and my food.
I pulled up to the speaker and waiting for about a minute with no one in drive thru. I placed my order they didn't have lemonade at about 8pm so I settled for a tea. Got to my room which was a minute away and fries were cold. My tea was warm and the first pull something came through the straw appetite ruined. The young guy was polite though.
Drive thru was a bit slow, staff was somewhat disorganized though it looked like they were training a new employee so it was understandable. The food came our perfect and they didn't skimp on the Cajun seasoning like other locations have done. They also cooked the food properly.
Service and food are inconsistent. Sometimes great and sometimes cold and impatient. I guess it depends on who's on shift. The dining room is NOT open and it doesn't look like they have any plans to open ir--there is no furniture. Because you have to go through the drive through (no walk up like some locations), the employees need to be more patient and try to speak clearly. I haven't memorized the menu and can't understand rapid-fire questions through a drive through speaker.
Handed me a receipt that has no orders on it at all, was overcharged for items I did not order. 17 bucks for a 10 dollar order. Food is still good and it is late at night. I've never heard of a receipt before that doesn't even show the order paid for (or in my case, overpaid for there).
The food is really good and for reasonable prices. I would say make sure to check your food before you leave because they're so fast they can get the order wrong. I ordered a big double burger with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo. What did I have when I got home; a bun with bacon, lettuce, and tomato. I didn't even get the burger patties ???. So please open the aluminum wrapping and make sure you get what you ordered
Even though I like the price and most of the menu items, this locations staff can't make it happen, I've given them three chances, all three they have gotten my order wrong and as someone with life threatening food allergies that simply does not work especially after waiting in a drive through for 45 minutes just to get my order wrong. Also if the drive through is not moving there is no other way around at this location and your trapped. Boooo cookout ?
First time at a Cook Out - exactly as advertised....burgers that taste like they came off a grill in your back yard. Delicious!
