We go to cookout atleast twice a week. Wish I would of gotten the girls name in the drive through. Didn’t speak clearly at all and took forever to put in a simple order. Then when I asked after she told me to hold on several times if she got my last add on, she gets a huge attitude and tells me to just go ahead and pull up. I was going to add one more thing but couldn’t because she wouldn’t answer. Proceeded to pull up to the window and told her I couldn’t hardly hear what she was saying. No response. Then said their is no reason to get an attitude and again no response. Would not say one word at the window. Terrible customer service if you ask me. Never once did I get an attitude with her.
I normally love getting cookout from here and it’s such a great place most of the time but the past couple of times have been a little messed up. I don’t write reviews often, but when I opened up my tray and it didn’t have my chicken strips, I had to.
Food quality is good and service is pretty quick but portions are not correct. When asked to double up on a side, the sides are smaller than normal size from other cookouts.
I remember when this place used to be something special. Last two times I went the food quality was so bad I could not eat it. The ONLY way I'd be willing to go back or at the least update my review is if MGMT reaches out. They said they would and they never did and I'm so disappointed. If y'all are hungry just go to taco bell or burger king down the street. This location is trash!
Great place to grab some late night munchies, although the double drive-thru is a tad disorienting for those possibly inebriated. The line can get long, so bring a book or work on another handle while you wait
I love Cook Out trays - a get a big double cheeseburger with chili and slaw, double fries, and a Cheerwine float! Good value for good food fast.
Absolutely no flavor. I feel like they are trying to cut costs by eliminating salt. Burgers were plain and fries were undercooked. My daughter got the bbq plate, straight up cat food. Hush puppies tasted like someone cleaned out their toe jam and deep fried it. I cant even begin on the cole slaw. School bbq food is better. Sweet tea and shakes are on point.
All I can say is that it was late they were about to close and my onion rings were cold not hot I should say but still good
Good food don't get me wrong... but horrible service... had a full order of food not show up and the drive through lady constantly ask "what, what, what did you say?!?!?" Even though we e were within 3 feet of the microphone. Not to mention the orders we did get were messed up am mostly random corn dogs that no one asked for. This spot was horrible
Usually a fine meal for not too much money. I'd like their dining room to reopen to allow for drink refills and a better eating experience. Food is fresh.
