I'm totally disappointed!!! I understand that everyone is understaffed everywhere but that should not interfere with the quality of service you provide your customers. I ordered my weekly usual (Founder's favorite on a waffles cone). Well, I do not know what happened today but when I was handed over my ice cream, half of it just fell off!!! It just dripped everywhere. It seemed like the ice cream was not well refrigerated. Instead of me getting offered another one, I was just offered a paper bowl to put it in. I did not want to make a big deal because I'm not that kind to cause a scene. But I think it's totally unfair to have to pay almost $8 for an ice cream in which more than half was left on the counter.
I walk in the cold stone and ask for a medium cheesecake with Raspberries. They gave me a medium cheesecake with raspberries and chocolate syrup Instead. Also when they 1st started making My dish I told the girl that I didn't like the way that he was making it and she said "That's not my problem". need better stafe asap because they aint doing it.
Find a different store.Slow as molasses, ordered the same exact create your own that I've been ordering for years in a "like it" size, the girl tells me I can't mix 2 flavors only if I take a bigger size. Then she overcharged me for a extra mix in.No customer service at all, everyone working there looks like they're attending a funeral.
Could barely taste the mix, especially no texture or pecan crunch like usual (founders favorite) and was super thin. Old employees used to have 10/10 service and product. New crew was pretty disappointing.
I had one of the most disrespectful experiences here. To make a long story short: On Sunday I visited with my grandson and God-daughter I was asked what I wanted i told her the first item and it took some time for her to come back. Meanwhile other customers getting waited on and completed behind me. She came for second and third part of order. Then walks toward register I asked her where is my cone. She hands me an empty cone. Then my first order was to be in cone but was in a cup smaller than what I ordered. I couldn't believe it and paid but voiced I was upset, no reaction. So for $12.02 I got 2 small cups of ice cream and an empty cone. I came home with nothing for myself and submitted a complaint and this company has yet to respond. I guess you they don't care about their customers. My friends and colleagues could not believe it until I showed them pictures
If in need of some ice cream, this is the place. they have a table to honor veterans which warms my heart with a daughter serving and many family members having served.
I will not be going to Coldstone in the near future. The lack of customer service was appalling. The girls working were very unfriendly and could have cared less to serve us. When you pay $25 for ice cream the service should be great.
Absolutely filthy. Management or owner needs to check on their store. Doesn't look like it would pass a dhec inspection. Restrooms look like they aren't ever cleaned.
My absolute favorite place to get ice cream!! Always the best!!!
