Outside building is NASTY. Employees can be heard cursing loud outside the window, holding side conversations and interrupting you to yell about someone riding a motorcycle across the street. Pregnant employees with bonnets on and back turned to tell you, “we ain’t got that” and cursing out other employees in front of everyone. The tea tasted sour and that’s because the container is molded. Plus, they’re eating as they’re serving. NASTY!
Went to the drive thru and a note said to order at the window when pulled up to the window no one was there i blew the horn no one came so i went inside still no one was inside i yell hello no answer i knocked on the counter no answer it was completely empty all the employees were outside no one acknowledged me so i just drove off so unprofessional and ghetto they really need to hire better people that really want a job and take their job seriously if i could rate lower than a 1 star i would
I would like to express that I normally don't give a business a negative review however I visited this Churchs for a bite to eat. There were several signs posted in view advertising specials with the prices included. Also inside dining was not available so drive thru was the only option if you didn't choose online ordering. The drive thur wait line was extremely long resulting in cars entering the establishment from Two Notch road to wait in the median. A gentleman wearing and displaying a Churchs emblem on his shirt exited the bldg and began yelling (not in a professional manner) to move your car up. When I reached the display kiosk to order a female also exited the rear of the bldg and instructed customers to order at the window because it wasn't working. Let me say that I visited this Churchs in February and the kiosk was not working then. When I finally approached the drive thru window( about 20 minutes)and placed my order for tender and shrimp $6.00 special that was clearly posted x2 on the bldg I was informed by the server that there was not a special with tenders just 8 piece shrimp only and stated that the sign needed to come down. She offered me the shrimp special with a biscuit and fries, no drink and voiced that there were no substitutes. I ordered what she offered but added a strawberry drink.(Total: $7.58) Order was prepared quickly and I left the drive thur about to exit on to Two Notch road when I realized that I didn't have my drink. I entered the drive thru line again(waiting longer than 15 minutes before I reached the window again. I informed the server that I didn't get my drink and also that I was not satisfied with the shrimp because they didn't taste fresh. I could hear other servers once the window was closed speaking rudely about my complaining regarding the food and the server who assisted me was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional telling me to calm down and could also be heard by me engaging in conversations with other servers. I was becoming extremely displeased with what was taking place inside this establishment with these millennium employees however I am a senior citizen with integrity and grace and remained calm! Another female server approached the window and offered to redo my order. This young ladies name was Shay and she informed me that she was the shift leader. She displayed a very professional attitude apologizing for her staffs behavior. Listen I know this is a very long post but it was necessary to voice and make aware of this establishments unprofessional behavior. Perhaps Corporate is not aware of actions of their employees with this Churchs or customers just haven't complained. A non working kiosk for ordering food, rude and disrespectful employees, false and out of date or expired advertisements, no condiments should not be permitted. Two Notch road is a main thourfair and Church is a popular eating establishment. Get this business in order or perhaps this franchise should not exist!! I will not patronize this establishment again and for all that chooses to read this post if your service is not satisfactory voice your concerns on post like this!!
I would give it no stars but that's not an option it's the most ghetto nastiest Churches Chicken I ever been to first off the chicken was stink?? they don't clean their chicken, it wasn't even batter all the way to be crispy you can see the fatness on the skin?? the inside wasn't done the biscuit was hard the only thing that was good was the ? I recommend any chicken place in Columbia South Carolina then this. The whole staff needs to be fired they said it was no ketchup and no hot sauce the tea had no sugar in the sodas taste like dish detergent ?I can't make this up it was the worst! Churches Chicken on 2 notch road in Columbia South Carolina is gross thank me later!!!!
The drive thru to take orders was down so orders had to be placed at the window. The chicken was not seasoned at all and dry. The apple pie was dry and cold. We paid for two jalapeno peppers that wasn't in our bag when we got home. The only good part of the meal was the mashed potatoes and gravy.
The slowest churches no matter what time of day. Waited in line 30min just to drive off without food because I was stuck in line and couldn't get out because of the design of the building. As I drove no-one was at the register or in kitchen SMH!!!!!
Alright I gave this place so many chances, more then half the workers have attitudes, not to mention they never have tenders or a lot of the time anything you order. Line is so long for them to just tell you they don’t have what you want. Every time they gave me a story about the tenders will only be ready tomorrow so I go back the next day and they say the same thing. Road is messed up. Honestly I don’t know how they still get customers because of all this.
Set in the Drive-Thru for 15-20 minutes ,drive thru speaker doesn't work? So you got to place your order at the window and they still can't get it right all the orders was messed up? car in front of me had my order and was gone? I had the car behind me order? and they are so unprofessional ,the front counter girl is so ghetto I felt like pulling her cross the counter and beating the? out of her. Will never go there again they need to put a Church's Chicken on Garners Ferry Road
Went at 7:50 tonight and the woman in the window yelled I am closed while popping her neck. If your crew walked out because your a horrible manager /person just say that
Finally fixed drive-thru surface by filling in huge pothold, no speaker at drive-thru not working. You have to drive up to window to place order. At least the lady at the window was nice.
