Drive through speaker was hard to hear, but they were very kind in fixing our order when it didn’t come out as we ordered.They could use a parking lot revamp. If you have a car lower to the ground you might want avoid the drive through
Only the drive thru is opened, the menu board is so dirty you can’t read it, the entire parking lot needs to be redone and that smell while placing your order makes you not want to order. I asked for fried okra and got burnt okra and I have the picture! People only come for the paycheck now, no one cares about presentation or others anymore!
My food was freshly cooked and everyone there that serves was wonderful I love Church's Chicken on North main in Columbia South Carolina they're excellent

The food is good, but the wait is terrible! They haven't had a working intercom in I don't know how long, so you have to order at the pickup window. I've already made a complaint to corporate.

Chicken ALWAYS good here it's just almost always packed!! Drive through and inside as well. I must say food always meet my expectations every time. A lil opinion... They need to upgrade!! Bigger parking lot, bigger building would be crucial. Judging from the constant clientele when passing through on my daily route. That's why I gave it four stars not five. Only due to the fact I feel like they don't have enough staff and enough space.
Worst drive thru ever . Ordering at the window is impossible. Employees are nasty looking like dress for the job,wash yo face stop smoking cigarettes instead of taking orders .but the food was good and fresh I guess that's all that matters
I always go here after an appointment at the VA the food is HOT and the price is reasonable, Love it!
