Delicious burgers! The three of us got there at 11 for lunch. Food was out quick! Our waitress was very nice and kept the drinks flowing. The “northerner” made excellent sweet tea! ;)Glad to have a place like this in Blythewood.
Hands down the best burgers in the Columbia and surrounding area. I’ve had the pleasure of talking to one of the owners and learning their story and how they built this business from the bottom up, despite some of the curve balls a pandemic and a kitchen fire and everything between has thrown at them. Truly such a personable bunch there. Customer service is impeccable, cleanliness is unmatched, and the environment is just perfect. Will return again, and again, and again…
It's official... I now have to change my favorite burger after today.. I've been waiting patiently to get by here since I know they just opened, and my patience finally paid off! Just let me tell you, these burgers are TOP tier. I'm not a huge patty man myself, and what they've done with this double smashburger is something else. I got the "Dude, those are Shrooms!", it was SUPER juicy and had an excellent char on it, the bacon they use has very good flavor and isn't that cheap fatty bacon. Mushrooms were fresh, and the bread had the perfect bite to it. Another thing, fries are usually an afterthought, but I'd be doing an injustice if I didn't mention THESE fries.. oh, my, god. I tried to take a good pic of them so you guys could see, but these fries are HEAVEN. They got the perfect salt, and whatever oil they are using sends these over the top! This place was recommended by a customer but I was very disappointed. The burger was bland as if they were using a very lean ground beef. The bun was oversized The burger looked great but didn’t measure up to the hype. Onion wings were frozen and not hand breaded.Won’t be back.
The best flavor on a burger you will ever put in your mouth! So many different options! Service is great even when the restaurant is slammed. If you want great food, check it out!
Best burger I’ve ever tried. Service is absolutely phenomenal. Hot burgers, cold beers…..what more could you ask for??

This business as a food truck was slow and was worth the wait at locations they showed up. Now as a brick and mortar is worthless, quality of food is subpar and the 3 times I’ve been there for take out I was skipped over to have my order taken. Decided to try dine in at 2:45 pm. Not busy at this time of day, we were told to sit where we wanted. We sat, waited about 10 min and no one came. They sat another (caucasian) family next to us about 5 min later and they were immediately greeted and had menu’s and drink order taken. We didn’t even get an eye batted our way. I am retired military and have a very patient demeanor I definitely don’t shy away from diversity. I am Mexican my wife is black and also retired military. I say this because I am well aware of the inequalities of the world and parts of our country. I will not recommend, visit or order food from this place ever again. I’m sure the context of this message speaks for itself. For a place that built it’s business off of a diverse crowd and customer base, more should be expected of them. Done with this small business.
Terrible service. We were passed several time by different servers and the table that sat after us was served before we were even addressed. Do better.
From food truck to brick and mortar Chubby's still dishing out that fire of a smash burger. Soft opening night and man did they knock it out of the park. Erica behind the bar was slinging drinks all by her lonesome and killing it. The burger which was that's what she said was outstanding as always. Many craft beers to choose from and top shelf liquor. Pool tables a stage and some axe throwing coming soon. Blythewood has a new staple that's sure to please many for years to come.
