I’ve never encountered with a restaurant to this magnitude! They are so stingy with the sauce, the meat and the rice. I’m not saying overload anything but come on now, give people what they pay for. The portion size is ridiculous. It’s like their trying to feed infants/babies lol I think it’s so funny that you want to run a restaurant but don’t want to take care of the customers. Like look at the sauce what am I suppose to do with this. I looked at it and the cashier new it was small portion because she offered to give me two more and the district manager got mad at her.Please do not waste your time with this place. The reviews are really and I see why! No wonder the district manager is at this store because they’re in failure of closing down with all the bad reviews and losing so many customers. -10/10! Only reason they will get business from others because of lunch, desperation, hunger, and convenience of location.

Worst experience at a chipotle so far. Waited in line for almost half an hour (by then most other places were closed), get half way through making my order before they tell me they’re out of pico. Told them to throw it out then and left. Never coming to this location again, thankfully there’s another chipotle nearby, hopefully they’re better

Worst Chipotle location in Columbia!!It’s not my first time having a terrible experience here. If I can avoid it I wouldn’t come here. Ordered takeout for my wife today and this is the nearest to our house, there was white plastic in her bowl, rice was half cooked, and bits of bone in it !?Night is ruined & we have to find something to eat again.

This is the Chipotle that we normally go to and over the years the service has greatly declined. Went in today to get two bowls, they had a new worker there in charge of making the bowls and the rice. There was no white rice and the employee that was training him clearly told the worker “there’s no white rice because you’re suppose to announce when it’s half empty.” The supervisor should have been keeping a watch out to make sure he was doing what was needed. When we asked for steak on both bowls there was not even enough for one bowl but still proceeded to give us the rest of the steak on a bowl (not a full serving). They also had none of the fresh tomato salsa, gave us lettuce that looked old, and the veggies were barely even cooked. When checking out we asked for a receipt and they told us they couldn’t give us one. I love Chipotle but unfortunately this is not how a business should be run and I’m unsure if I will ever be eating here again.

Without a doubt the worst Chipotle ever. Watched 20 unmasked people enter despite rules otherwise; won't answer their phones; sloppy service. This place made me a Moe's convert. Its pretty obvious that the owners of this franchise don't really care about their profits, nor anyone else really. Ideally this franchise location will be out of business soon.

I ordered chips and salsa, chips and guac, and a burrito bowl. Everything was SALTY! One bag of chips were salty and stale. The other bag of chips were soggy and stale. Overall the food didn't taste good. Won't be ordering here ever again bc QUALITY MATTERS

I ordered two double chicken bowls on Uber eats and got less than a single portion of meat and half a bowl. How does this even look okay? This is the 3 rd time this has happen at this location.

Food was very good. I had lettuce, 2 kinds of beans, brown rice, steak, tomato sauce, corn, cheese and chips. Sampled the spicy brisket. Love, Love the sweet tea. The staff and Mgr. Awere courteous.

Stop by to grab my lunch on work day. It wasn’t that much crowded during noon time, quick orders. Asked for some spoons as I was picking for my takeout but they were out of spoons.

Slapped a tub of sour cream on my bowl. Then got mad when I said it was to much. Get better employees.
