I’ve worked at Chinese American since November last year. Now a former employee because I quit. It’s a decent job, pay good but the management of that store definitely needs to go to someone else. They have no respect for how they talk to their employees and I’ve been the kindest to them. I wouldn’t suggest this job, if you quick too spazz.
Why would they charge extra for spicy wings, but they don't apply much? I could if just bought regular wings, instead of paying extra $3. What a ripoff. But want to charge extra for sauce on the side. What sense that make. If that's the case, shouldn't charge that much if you're not willing to give customers equal to price you're charging.
Placed an online order. Went to pick up the order. They mixed Hawaiian spicy sauce and honey mustard sauce together on all flats. I let him know that the order was wrong. This was not my first time placing an online order. They usually get it right. Then he said he will fix it. Came back with mixed wings, when I order all flats. The man argued with me that I did not order all flats. He goes and pick up the order pad and I had to point out the $1.50 extra I paid for all flats. He gave me $1.75 back.He was unapologetic about them getting my order wrong. I asked for my tip back! The order was in writing!
Terrible customer service. They have good wings, and that’s it. They used to be better. But the customer service is just horrible and the food is starting to match. The food is definitely not good enough to deal with the attitudes that come with it. Ride up a few miles and get better food and service from Egg roll Chen.
Spicy House Lo-Mein is the bomb, with an order of cut wings lemon pepper and spicy wing mix; hint if you prefer extra veggies and less noodles this establishment will accommodate order but will cost a few extra pennies but worth it in my book: just saying.
Oder House Lomein No Beef, Swap For More Shrimp. Order Had No Shrimp, Asked Cashier To Correct Order, Put 6 Shrimps On Top Charged 2 Extra Dollars. When I Got Home Began Eating, Beef Was In It And Only 6 Shrimp. I WANT RETURN!
Food is always great here but the customer service is very unsatisfying. Placed my order over the phone and and the girl on the other end of the line kept asking me would that be all? even though I wasn't done ordering then I asked for something off the menu get to the restaurant and it's not even on my order please work on better customer service skills
Slow. Call in order wasn't ready when I got there. Cahiers move in slow motion..like they hate working there. My food was good though. Didn't like the fact that you have to pay for certain sauces for your food. I will not be returning.
0 stars the service prices an food were horrible. Ordered sweet and sour chicken and the sauce tasted terrible chicken an rice were tasteless and cold. Don't get me started on customer service. Very rude to my father as well.
30 min wait for Shrimp fried rice and 5 wings and egg droo soup. Rice was dry, no seasoning, only a couple bean sprouts and no egg not what I was told Id get,Wings were ok but didnt make up for poor taste of rice. Best part of the soup were the noodles. Service was ok, although they had lost or given one ladies order to someone else.
