Ordered through Grubhub, received a call immediately but my call screening silenced the call. After I googled the number and saw that it was China Wing Basket, I called back. The lady yelled at me asking why the number didn’t go through. I explained that I had call screening. She then demanded my payment card. Grubhub had already deducted the funds from my bank account. I asked “did it not go through?” She said “I guess so, you know, I need to verify the card.” I advised her that I was not comfortable doing that over the phone. She snapped “hey that’s fine, you not comfortable that’s okay, that’s your money and this is restaurant.” I said ok, and she hung up. My order was cancelled and I was immediately refunded. Been ordering here for over a year, never a problem until now.
I originally paid grubhub for my order. A female called and stated she needed my card number to process my payment and send her own driver. I asked why she needed my card number I already paid. She stated very rudely “listen to me and understand what I’m telling you, I need your card you have not paid me you paid grub hub. Now common sense will tell you where this is going, I refused to pay. Her attitude switched when I told her I was about to contact grubhub cause this wasn’t right.To “oh something is wrong with their system, I can cancel for you right now” I hung up cause clearly she was tryna get paid twice smh. When I contacted grubhub they said she canceled the order because I was out of the service area lol.They said that was not the image of their company and she was wrong and the issue would be escalated.Beware cause this was some bs she tried to run on me

I called back and she refused to speak with me having another employee give me the information to get my refund. I will never order from there again and she was not apologetic making excuses. The other employee was wonderful and helpful though. I’d give her 5 stars but not even a star for the manager if possible!
Food was ok, completely overpriced, and the customer service is 100% HORRIBLE. First and definitely last time eating here. The manager is the worst one in the building

I ordered 5pc WHOLE chicken wings with chicken fried rice- my order not only arrived WRONG but COLD and SOGGY! When I called to tell them my order was wrong and willing to switch it with no problem! They told me I’d have to pay a extra $2.50 and was told I was being rude when I was not ! NEVER AGAIN will I order from there! Not to mention I’ve ordered from there before just chicken wings and fries and the lady at the pick up window was so rude and annoyed that I asked for ketchup ? not to mention I was only given a hand full of fries smh ! I’d give a - 1 star if I could
Intern go to fish is the chicken n rice with garlic sauce. Seems like they have a new cook because it does not taste or look the same. The garlic sauce looks like pepto bismol, looks like I’ll be looking for another Chinese Restaurant ?
The food here is pretty good. I don’t feel like the quantity of the food is worth the price. From experience it depends on what your ordering. I wouldn’t recommend to order honey chicken wings because it doesn’t taste like honey wings at all! I can’t even describe the taste but I know it’s not honey! Overall, the food is good but I may or may not order from here again. Thanks for the experience!
Very disrespectful to customers ,I ordered boneless chicken with gravy and rice got home had no rice I called back to let them know the lady started yelling at me telling me I had to ask for rice I told her I did she still yelling so I asked for my money back she put me on hold and never came back to the phone so unprofessional. And the food in the plates wasn't worth the prices ,on top of that workers playing behind the counter while bagging food and fixing drinks I highly recommend for Noone to go there don't care about their customers.
Do not eat from this place. Terrible customer service and the food is not good. Avoid at all cost. They seem to have a problem with black people. Spent $46 here and they act like it was a problem giving you the correct order.
