Anytime I come in here, it’s either really good or really bad, there is no in between. This was one of the good visits so I thought I would share. The chicken wings were crispy and sauced up really well. The steak was cooked just the way I asked and the presentation of this plate was on point. The cheesecake was a pleasant grand finale to this meal. The steak fajitas were cooked to perfection and other than giving me flour tortillas when I asked for corn tortillas, I would have to say this visit was just about as close to perfect as you could get.
Had great food and drinks for my Father's birthday ?. Everything was delicious. we had steaks, ribs, fried pickles, chicken strips..... we ate a lot ???
Everything was dry the ribs the chicken strips the quesadillas the corn the toast well i guess that’s supposed to be dry and the drink was strong af i was cool with that tho. The was trash af today 5/16/22 I’ve had better before.
We visited this place in spring valley and decided to get the triple dipper. My daughter wanted fried pickles and a strawberry lemonade. They were out of pickles and strawberry syrup. Ok fine. We order chicken and fries which was good by the way. So good that we came back the next night to try our luck with another triple dipper hoping for the pickles. They had them. The pickles were fine. The egg rolls were not cut in half. Strange but not a problem. My husband’s order was burned. The crispy chicken look like old crumbs. I would only suggest this place if you dine in. If you’re comfortable sending your order back if it’s made incorrectly. This was a total waste of money.
This was a great expierence. Honestly i was having a bad day dealing with bad customer service at other establishments. So i decided to come here. Luckily i expierenced the best customer service from a waiter named Cass. She was polite, courteous and cheerful with recommendations. She kept my drink full. The food was hot and seasoned very well. This really enlightened my day. I really enjoyed the superior customer expierence and will recommend often.
I wasn't as impressed with my visit as I should have been. We were seated quickly and asked about our drinks shortly after. Our waitress was a little out there but she knew her stuff. She gave my husband alcohol suggestions and had a recommendation for food as well. Even though she was swamped with tables, she kept coming back to check on us ever so often. The problem was the wait. They were not extremely busy yet we waited a very long time to get our food. We had already finished our drinks and water by the time it arrived. The upside is that the steaks and broccoli were cooked perfect. Tender and juicy, even though they were well done. The waitress is who made the visit because even at the end she came back to tell us to come back again and make sure we sat in her section.
Fine place to eat. Our waitress was awesome. Chicken enchilada soup is the absolute bomb. It is fabulous. Great location from hotel. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
I was a party of 3. There was a wait of 30 minutes. The waitress was not attentive she didn't give us silverware or napkins when we sat. We had to ask when our food came out. Our appetizers came out with food. We didn't get checked on to see if we wanted more drinks or refills. Food was not great. My salmon was under cooked.
Waited 40 mins for this ? ?. They closed the kitchen at 930 I couldn’t get a remake the manager was rude about my refund
We sat for 30min with no greeting and there were plenty of employees standing around congregating and doing absolutely NOTHING! When someone finally came we asked for a discount which they were unable to provide so ultimately we ended up leaving. The girl couldn’t even tell us when our actual waiter was coming, not even the manager greeted us or apologized for her staffs horrible service! They were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and If I could give zero stars I absolutely would!!!!
