Idk what’s going on with this location, but they’re always messing up my order. Either items are wrong or completely missing… I get directed to call corporate, and get given the runaround… I WFH and often have to get my orders delivered through the app because of my schedule, but I try to keep the delivery radius small so ppl aren’t driving all over for me… I guess correct orders are only reserved for in-person patrons(?) So much for being a “Signature” member…

We ordered on the app and they had our food the second we pulled into the spot. Their drive thru line was nuts and this was so impressive. It was Valentine’s weekend and my minis came out in a heart shaped container — nice touch.

Worst location in town. They were busy but what Chick-fil-A isn't? Double drive through and I sat at the order menu listening to two cars next to me have their order taken before mine when I had the priority. When I mentioned this I was told by the rude employee that she "had to make coffee". Not a great multi tasker I guess. Got my burrito, poorly made and cold. Oh and the coffee I ordered... Also cold. Won't be back to this location ever.

I hope the Lord doesn't smite me for knocking off stars from the Lord's Chicken, but this location is subpar to the many Chikfila locations I have been to around the country! We have lived here over a year and use this location weekly as it's the closest one on our commute, but I swear every 2 out of 3 times something will be incorrect or missing from our order. It can be small things like missing requested sauces, to whole salads being incorrect to toys missing from kids' meals. App or drive thru order, 2 out of 3 visits something is wrong.Luckily, customer service is always awesome on the app to help sort it out, but if the employees at this location would just pay a *little* more attention, reaching out for help wouldn't be necessary. As for now, we will keep eating here due to our love of chicken and the location (Two Notch location is fantastic but too far away), but I will sit at the drive thru window until I have thoroughly checked my bag.

Wait was long because my online order wasn't ready. I had to wait over 5 mins for my food and no one could tell me why my order wasn't ready. Then the food, sandwiches were old. Second time I've received non fresh sandwiches from a restaurant. I am so disappointed all the way around today.

I always feel an emotional boost when wrapping around the chicfila drive thru. I like supporting the company as it helps people movie away from eating cows which have famously been man's close friend of the family as they provide dairy and kindness to the American farms we all used to have.

Efficiency at it's finest. Car in front of us had a large order. Rather than make us wait while we were 2 cars back from the window we were served while waiting. Small wins!! Lol Thanks Killian Rd CFA!!

I only come here for my significant other and 2 of the 3 chicken clubs were missing bacon and had half a piece of chicken on them, disappointed.. I knew the fast moving line was to good to be true..
