Getting something for my tummy
The ordering is very courteous; but, the service at the window leaves A Lot to be desired!!! They expect you to park and wait while the long line is served first- and when you get your order it isn'tade as requested! And the "reward" for all this is a drink cup with a small hole it so it leaks when the ice is melting! Is this the Christian "my pleasure??". I guess we define it differently!
Very busy location food was great. Service as always was good. They gave me a new coke cause mine had no syrup. Only issue is they need to make sure that they pay attention to cleanliness inside. I rather see more trash cans than trash on the floor cause it's spilling over. Please also wipe the tables when you can.
I have regularly ordered from this Chick-Fil-A location for a few years. I used to love going to the restaurant or going through the drive thru but now I prefer delivery because the workers are so rude and orders are almost always messed up. They openly ignore customers to continue having conversations, either in the drive thru or in store. I would assume they’re unhappy because they never smile, they never seem interested to be taking order or even working. It is pretty clear they’re in a rush to get orders out so they can continue talking which I would assume is why ordered are always messed up. I went into the place to pick up a mobile and those working behind the counter made it very obvious they were talking about me. Even the manager in the place seemed like they couldn’t care less. How rude and obvious can you be? They didn’t even try to hide it. No one seemed to even want to help me or get my mobile order ready. My order has been messed up many times… things have been forgotten, received the wrong size in fries or drinks. And I see from other reviews this is a common thing how. It is sad to see this location go downhill because it used to be the best around this area. Managers were always friendly, workers were as well, now the managers include themselves in the poor behaviors and conversations. Delivery is about the only thing they have going for them right now.
Overall good. My only complaint is my chicken sandwich always seems to be overcooked. It is pretty much the norm now from there lol. My wife loves this place tho so I'm pretty much stuck lol. Service is always polite and courteous. Carry on.
With the amount of traffic that's present, my fries should be fresh. The top few fries are hot, everything below is cold, soggy. DECEPTION, check your bags. Plus, I requested lemonade mixed with light fruit punch, no hint of red punch at first glance made associate aware & showed it to her. Her response, "Oh, it should be in there." But it's not!
I've gotten the chicken here on three different occasions now. It's so salty I can't eat it. It's nasty. The third trip was it for me. I haven't been back. Waffle fries are fresh. Drinks are always good. Honestly, no quality problems or service problems otherwise, and the place is clean, but the fried chicken is just inedible. My grandmothers fried chicken put this to shame. I've called it quits on this location. Just too salty for me. They need to learn when to put the shaker down.
I placed a simple order. A vanilla milkshake no toppings and a large fry. I don't understand how they ruined my order. I pull up to the window it's crowded with workers, they're all dancing and playing, multiple people were receiving their orders but not me after about four cars a young lady comes to me with a large Sprite and a milkshake with a cherry in it. She said didn't you order the large Sprite? I said why would I pay $6 for a large Sprite? (I wasn't rude tho...just made a statement) "I actually ordered a large fry and a milkshake no toppings." After waiting for two more customers to get their items I finally got mine which was a lackluster, soupy, milkshake and an order of fries that barely filled the box. As if my Valentine's Day wasn't already a sad one thanks for playing on my top today Chick-fil-A!
On today I had the pleasure of meeting Ike . He gave awesome customer service and made sure I was taken good care of . Ike is so full of ambition and he’s very enthusiastic keep him around and also give a bigger raise ! This young man will make an awesome manager one day ! Go Ike !
Busy as all get out, but we rolled right through pretty quick. Their double lane drive-through works extremely well. Sandwiches were great... as always.
