Ordered BBQ Bacon sandwiches and when I got home, had two 6 piece nuggets. Drove 10 miles round trip back to get correct order and was told no refunds. They did not even compensate for their mistake. What a crock! No wonder this fast food place only gets one star. It will be a cold day in hell before I step back into this establishment. Bunch of idiots working there!!!

HANNAH IS AMAZING! Everyone here is super nice but Hannah is so genuine and kind. Her smile could make even the saddest person happy! I will be back hoping to see her again! Chick-Fil-A is lucky to have her working for them! Thank you!!

First let me say, I love Chick-fil-A; however, the one located on Forest Drive needs some serious attention. I really try to avoid it because of things like out of the item(s) I've ordered, order mixed up, food barely warm, today the nuggets were not even warm and my frosty was half melted. Today the service was slow and the manager was outside trying unsuccessfully to direct traffic when she should have been helping in the kitchen. Mr. Ellison it needs some help. I'll try to be more supportive of Five Points or Garners Ferry locations.

I love Chick-fil-A. But this location is consistently awful. The workers are unfriendly, management is uninterested and unhelpful, constantly changing drive-thru traffic flow is set up and managed horribly, and food orders seldom correct or hot. If I could give a zero rating, I would. This location has lost this frequent customer.

As a Chick-fil-A employee I understand that you have hard days . But when taking my order and saying what the heck do you want . Also not saying my pleasure instead your welcome.Then when placing a mobile order on my app it took 6mins for a small waffle fries. I do not recommend this Chick-fil-A . I understand that small store but should not take 10 minutes to make 4drinks . The lady ask me twice what were the drinks .

I was surprised by my experience. I ordered ahead on the app which is a great convenience. Unfortunately, I was stuck in the drive thru for maybe 10 to 15 minutes. There was only two cars in front of me; the lady at the window didn't explain or apologize for the wait. I wasn't upset about the wait, I know things happen but I wasn't happy about the food. My chicken sandwich was super dry and unappetizing. I didn't finish it, and will most likely not return to that particular location.

Coffee was warm not hot, food was only warm, my yogurt wasn't what I ordered, I didn't get any of the condiments I ordered. I guess even Chick-fil-A is being impacted by covid in terms of their employees and training. Sad ? On a positive note, I did get a straw!

I always hear great reviews about this place, so I decided to go eat there today. This is the first time I will be eating at a Chic Fil A. Well, this place was a great disappointment. I went in there to sit down and eat but the lady there said they were closed at 330pm. Well, I got there at 400pm and there were people in there eating and one waiting for his order. So, what does close mean? I couldn't understand that part. In your website for the establishment on Forest Acres, Columbia, SC.. the hours said they close at 10pm. The lady that spoke to me said I'd have download the app and place my order, while I am in there waiting. WTH? I couldn't understand the logic behind that, so I just left. Lost interest in even trying out the great service Chic Fil A has been known for because I did not see it... unfortunate. I know they don't need my money, but my point is...fix your hours so they reflect whats advertised in your website. I guess I should have read the reviews before I even wasted my time coming to this establishment!!!

Always exactly what I expect. Great service with a smile. My food is always hot, and my order is always correct.
