If any Chick-fil-A is going to mess up your order I will bet money every single time it’s gunna be this one. Not like you guys were busy maybe 5 cars total. Wrong sandwich, wrong fry size, 2 sauce.Update: it was also all cold. Sick
It looks like a fun environment with friendly management. It was an employee’s birthday so the manager announced that they wanted to sing happy birthday to the employee. But, that is the only thing going for this Chick-fil-A. The chicken nuggets I ordered came out cold rubbery tasting. They had seriously been over cooked. And not to mention they are seriously skimping on fries! Ordered a medium and got a small, that was not even half way full. So disappointed, this is not the type of service Chick-fil-A is known for. ng to continue spending hard earned money on food when it is being cut in half. Cutting corners by not filling the container up with fries will not help in the long run. And there is only 1 working toilet in the women’s restroom. Which is awful, especially when you are waiting for your turn and the person in front of you is an employee who goes in and takes her sweet time the comes slowly out looking and texting on her phone. Bathrooms are meant to be used for the facilities, in and out quickly. Not a hiding place to texting and messing around on your phone especially when there is a line.
Chick-fil-A is always great, my kids would stay there if they can just for their food. Only issue is, the lines and wait. They are always pack and busy. Stay safe and be blessed.
I love being able to order on the app. Makes things super easy once you arrive. I opted to go through the drive thru for pock up. The line was long but we got through it fairly quickly.
Food was good, but as always the bag is full and can be closed for the trip home. They just need to place the food in a little large bag so it closes and stays warm.
The chicken sandwich was superb on this visit.. strawberry lemonade is great! And it's there pleasure serving u.. except the one who actually took my order she was.cold from whether and very short with me I'm sure it wasnt her pleasure
You can’t go wrong with a Chick-fil-A. Always considered it to be the old reliable. Although not sure about this one, in general it’s starting to feel like Chick-fil-A in recent years has started to slow down in service even before the pandemic. But i digress, good food, good service.
Cobb salad was great with avocado ranch dressing.
This is the only restaurant where I would spend my last dollar.They are 100% on customer satisfaction, and that means a lot to those who don't have time to cook and want a awesome meal.Chic Fila on Bush River.You are simply the best.They never disappoint.
Chick-fil-A is always great, but they seriously skimped on the fries this time. I paid extra for large and this is how full it was when they gave it to me. All three large fries I ordered were filled in the same way.
