I love Chick-fil-A!!! Fries Crunchy, Grilled Chicken Club was juicy, and the coke was very refreshing! Also I'm happy they always fill the fry sleeve all the way up. They never cheat you on anything. Definitely get your money's worth. One satisfied customer!
Masks optional, food always good and hot, handicapped accessible, bathroom available, drive thru, pull up Park for online orders, don't forget to check your order before you pull off, not open on Sundays.
I don’t usually leave bad reviews but it’s getting to be rediculous. They can’t seem to get my order right for the life of me. I ordered the spicy smokehouse BBQ sandwich on the app as they had the option. They gave me a regular grilled chicken sandwich. I realized it the first time when I got home so I drove back. I understand mistakes happen but don’t get an attitude about it. Then they got the remake wrong. If I wouldn’t have threw the original order away once I showed them I would’ve thought they gave me the same item back. Then it happened again the next week. It’s one thing for it to happen once but twice and they’re rude about it, I’ll just drive the 15 minutes to W Columbia.
The Chick-fil-A on Harden was busy, but fast, efficient, and very polite. The food and drink was as excepted--delicious.
As always, quality of chic FIL a food is the same across all locations. I can always expect a great fast food experience here. Drive through was very quick and efficient. No issues.
They're always overcrowded. I'm particularly disappointed that I went during breakfast hours to request the base for a salad so that I could have it for lunch the same day. The base is mixed greens and fruits with no chicken. Although this was only 10 minutes before they were going to start serving lunch, the shift leader or manager informed the driveway attendant that they could not honor my order. I'm a vegetarian, so options for eating out are limited, and I stopped there out of convenience. Every other Chick-fil-A in the region has honored this request, but they refused. Had I gone hours before lunch time, I might better understand. However, I can't conceive what would be so difficult about selling me a tray of mixed greens and fruit 10 minutes before they were going to start serving lunch anyway. I'll never return.
Great service and great food.I'm in the drive thru every Friday morning. It's my I made it thru the week treat.
January 3rd after leaving the testing center near by we stopped at this Chick-fil-A , I placed my order in the Drive thru and as I pulled to pickup I noticed the Chick-fil-A employee gave my food to the car beside me and was getting it back. He returned to the kitchen where he removed the food only to replace the bag. I noticed what was going on and informed the gentleman That I knew what he was doing and asked if you knew if she has COVID-19. He then tells a manager and she rolls her eyes ? and proceeds to remake my order. SMH it’s attitudes and employees like this that’s keeping the Virus Alive. Just based off this experience You won’t catch me or my family at a fast food spot anymore. I’m not one to write or complain but this Virus is killing people and humanity is at its lowest. I will definitely be taking this as a lesson learned
I didn't have a good experience at this branch before they renovated. After renovations, I was expecting they would do better. But still I can't see so much difference. Pictures say what is needed. I wouldn't recommend this branch. The worst is if you don't have a car, you wouldn't be served any food. You can't buy from this branch. This has happened several times for me and my friends.
Obviously Chick fil has tasty fast food. And their service is generally among the best in the industry. However, this store is just fair. They have messed up my order a few times and it is usually unorganized chaos there. I continue to frequent the restaurant regardless because of convenience. And they are nice.
