GPS took me to this address and it was no chik fil a there
I never known a chic fil a to be this slow and when I asked for a refund they wouldn’t give it to me
The service was okay but I ordered something that I wasn’t made aware was out of stock until after I paid. When I went to receive my order(frosted coffee) the worker told me they were out of stock and that I could get a small iced coffee instead that was sitting away in the refrigerator. However, the employee was pretty nice so I respected that.
Normally gets orders right. There are exceptions though.
Good food, great service ??
I waited so long while my friends ate in front of me. Still haven’t gotten food, I don’t think I ever will. ?
After waiting for 30 minutes, I finally got my food and instead of my large fry and drink, I got a small cup and a barely half filled fry container. This Chick-fil-A used to be good. Switching to all online orders ruined it. The pick up is too crowded and orders come in too fast. There were at least 70 orders being processed at the same time the entire time I was waiting for food. I get wanting to do something to be proactive against COVID but when you have 50 people crowding in to wait for their food at the same time, it completely undermines the original purpose of the change.
A busy store but thankful that they did renovations
Stopped on our road trip south. As always Chik-fil-A delivers on quality and service. Went through drive thru. It was super fast, the staff was accommodating, pleasant and friendly. The food was hot, good and the order was right what more can you ask?
