I knew the chicken was thin but I still ate it cause I'm a gremlin All jokes aside. If I had time I probably would've went in bc what is this and it wasn't even hot nor were my hashbrowns.The 2nd star is for the order being "correct"....I guess bc the food is never fresh.
This is one of the worst locations. They gave me the thinnest piece of chicken ever and when I politely asked for a different sandwich, one of the lead workers got an attitude came back with another sandwich and said they're all like that. No apology, no sympathy, just attitude. Food was trash quality. Next time I'll take the drive to killian.
It’s really a shame how expensive Chuck Fil A is now. Did not ask for anything besides a grilled chicken sandwich meal and it was over $10.00. I even said no lettuce which means I get $.15 off the price. For $3 more, I could go to Texas Roadhouse. I went straight home quickly and my fries were not very good either. Woman who took my order wasn’t too pleasant at all. Won’t be returning anytime soon.
Literally the slowest chic fila I've ever been to. The service is not terrible compared to McDonald's or burger king but if you are use to chicfila's speed and customer service you will be disappointed every time. I always have to wait at least 20 minutes in the drive thru and this is there only chicfila that has forgotten to put things in my bag (sauce, coffee creamer, salad dressing...) And it's happened on multiple occasions. I wish I lived by any other chicfila. ?

It seems like the past maybe 6 months they've hired new staff and it's just been downhill. Their line doesn't move how it used to , I haven't heard my pleasure except from senior staff or managers , I come on a regular basis and each time I come something is wrong with my order. Im really disappointed in how quickly the customer service here has changed , I prefer the killian location
I have not eaten here in probably three years until a few weeks ago. The drive thru is always wrapped around the building. I saw a short line, jumped in and got a great meal with great servuce. I have been back four more times in the last two weeks
Excellent customer service and great food. The only drawback is that they can get extremely busy and it makes it hard to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. But I give 5 stars because they can not help that everyone loves their food.
I’ve never ever had an issue with Chick-fil-A!! At this location I always order online or go inside. But this time I decided to go through the drive thru. Around 7:30pm! I don’t care if they’re are busy, the food should always be fresh, great service, & what you order should be all there. Wrong!! The fries were so saltyyyyy!! Like OMG. Then on top of that, I didn’t receive my spicy chicken sandwich I ordered. So when I mentioned it, the young lady in the window gone ask for the bag back! Like what?! You think I’m lying? I paid for it. Where is it?! I finally got my sandwich and left. Always check your bag before driving off. Just never again!
NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!! ??? I ordered my breakfast via the mobile app before breakfast was over. Arrived to the restaurant. Got in the drive thru line. Gave the first person my name. Arrived to the person at the booth only to be told that she cancelled my breakfast order, because they are serving lunch. My breakfast still should have been made and waiting for ne to pick up after I placed my ordered.
