The food here is phenomenal. Pub burger, half pound hot dog, tacos, honestly a lot on this menu is amazing. The service is always great. Tuesdays are great for us too since the little ones eat super cheap. Been eating at this location for over a decade and they've been consistently good.
Our group of 6 went to eat dinner today. Four of our group received their food in a reasonable amount of time. My husband and I received our food after everyone else was finished eating. My plate was so hot the server wouldn’t let me touch it. The food had been sitting under a heat lamp so long the fries were cold and the chicken tenders were so tough I could hardly eat them. The ballon guy was awesome and the server was sweet. The food was very disappointing. Save your money and eat somewhere else.
Service was good the food was great. They were short-staffed and still got our food out in a timely manner. You're good the bartender was so friendly.
This is by most the WORST customer service I have had. I waited at the front for over 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was there. The waiter Katrina came to the table 20 mins later just to rush us for our order, slam drinks on the table, tell us the sprite should tast good because she poured Sierra Mist out the can, not speak, didn’t clean the table, suck teeth….shall I go on?? Just horrible!!! She definitely shouldn’t be the face of the company because she don’t care. I will Never eat here again and will be sure to tell everyone especially if she is still working here
My wife and I had lunch here before driving home. We were seated immediately by the host and within a few minutes a server was at our table. My favorite drink is a little unusual, wasn't on the drink menu but our waitress took it to the bartender and it was perfectly made. The food came out quick, was fresh and tasty, portion were large. I joked with the waitress to tell the cook he didn't do anything wrong when she went back in the kitchen with our leftovers. We overordered because we wanted a variety of items. Great lunch, service, drinks and timliness.
All the food was great and our waitress Tianna was wonderful. We all had different things with our grandson having the rib eye steak and it was probably one of the best steaks we ever got including some high profile steakhouses. To cap it off our granddaughter got the chocolate brownie that had ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate and caramel sauce drizzled over it and it was AWESOME! If you're in the area better try it.
Came in for a takeout order , my first time visiting this spot . Great ambiance and customer service. We waited about 30 mins for food prob was pretty busy. Came home and nachos were separated from toppings which is great so the nachos don’t get soggy but no chicken. Checked receipt and was charged for it. Was after midnight so could not drive back to restaurant. Sammie was good. Got the chicken avocado Sammie.
Steakhouse burger is terrific. We got an appetizer of spinach dip before our main course, loved it and ordered one at the end of the meal to take home. The "to-go" serving was half as much as the first serving at the same price. Very disappointed.
The food is always good .. This particular visit , the wife , and I split a full rack of rib , and they where fall off the bone good ! ( I took a picture of the bones to prove my point ? )This place is awesome , Carolina ambience , with Carolina hospitality . I always feel right at home here .
