Came for lunch with a Groupon and had the Angus burger, jalapeno cheese fries, and sweet chili wings. I would have given this place 3 stars had it not been for the fries and service.The jalapeno cheese fries and wings were the best part. I really appreciated the fresh jalapenos and what seemed to be an in-house made ranch.Unfortunately, the burger was just okay. The patty seemed like a flavorless frozen premade patty; however, the toppings and bun were very fresh and saved it from being a terrible burger.The service itself was great.
Ate inside, first time in a couple years. Hot sandwich choices are great. All sorts of burger and chicken sandwich choices, along with other options like lamb burgers. Fries, sweet potato fries and onion rings and more for sides. My Cowboy burger tasted amazing. This place certainly gives Red Robin and 5 Guys a run for the money.
My husband and I tried this place out for the 1st time this week, we've been driving by here for a while. I had the salmon burger and my husband had the lamb OMG! so delicious we went back a second time in the same day lol, Don't sleep on this restaurant. Customer service means everything to me and they were Amazing. Oh and the milkshakes are to live for! I had the orange cream circle my husband had the bananas Foster he doesn't even drink milkshakes and we smashed those lol.
The burger tasted ok, but it was small and waaay overpriced. The picture showed fresh jalapeño but it came out with jar jalapeños. The wings were small and dry. The reason I gave it a couple of stars is because the customer service was great. The ladies behind the counter were so helpful and sweet. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t come back for the food.
Food was good. Tasted delicious. Cooked and presented very well. Fast service. But I will not go back again. The bathroom was clean. The decor was amusing with good music. Clean tables. But I will not go back again.
I drove to BurgerIM from Hoover, AL to try the food. It was delicious! Service was fast! The best customer service you can ask for. The red velvet cake is to die for. If you haven’t been, get there ?
We were visiting from Jackson, MS and stopped by to get a bite it. The food was fantastic and so delicious, we came back the next day to eat! Best place to eat in South Carolina!
Went to Burger IM today for the 1st time. I got the Greek lamb burger and added an egg with sweet potato fries and a chocolate strawberry shake. It is sooo good. Burger is juicy and flavorful. The shake was just the right consistency. The young lady at the front had awesome customer service. Sorry I didn't get her name. She was patient and understanding being that this was my 1st visit and wasn't quite sure what I wantedI will definitely be a repeat customer to try all the different options they have available.

Went to this place because I love burgers and this was something I hadn't been to. Found out they had been opened for 2 years. While they have burgers to choose from u can customize ur burger with the many topping options they have. And I love the french fries. Shoestring fries with seasoning on them. Black owned. Would suggest u trying this place.
