They didn’t have the staff to seat us, but because it was my son’s 16th birthday the manager made it happen. They could have easily turned us away, but the went the extra mile for us.
I'm sorry to give Buffalo Wild Wings a 3 star. The food is always great, but we went on a Saturday night and they were extremely understaffed. It took us 40 minutes to even just be seated. We were there for almost 2 hours and eating for maybe 20-30 minutes. They were able to make some amazing vampire slayer wings however. If you haven't tried them yet I definitely suggest trying them out.

Ranee was GREEEEEAAT. BUBBLY AND GREAT ENERGY. VERY fast and efficient and on time with putting our orders and bringing out our drinks. She also made sure our drinks didn't get low without a refill. The cauliflower wings were amazing. I had Asian Zing and onion wings, and my sis had Terriaky and more sticks we were stuffed. We ordered large size and could not finish them .
No wonder this place has a 3-star handle. The staff work was great. The guy taking my order could not have done a better job. But the food is just barely passable. Not bad...but nothing close to memorable. My salad was good, but too small. For one thing, it should be at least a little bit bigger. And most restaurants would Include at least a small piece of bread of some kind.
They are finally open for dine in! We always sit at the high top tables and order wings. The service can be hit or miss. We always tend to get very nice waitresses. The food has never disappointed. The Dubs Tots appetizer is delicious!
Our waiter was awesome, didn't look like they had many people working but he was nice, respectful and on his game. I believe his name was Mckenize. The food more than filling of course we ordered more than we needed so we could take it home. It was hot and good when it came out. I was very satisfied with everything.
When we first walked into the establishment, there was no host. We had to walk to the pickup kiosk for assistance. This is the norm here — service tends to be slow. However, Renee was amazing in helping us with a coupon issue we had. So thankful for their amazing service today!

Not really even sure where to start with this place. For starters, Madison (the so called bartender) was rude and just bad at her job. She couldn't pour a beer, had a terrible attitude, and handed my party the check while we were still ordering drinks. I would have understood if it was busy or close to closing, but it was 10pm on a Saturday night and there were only two other customers seated at the bar. On three different occasions, I also saw the staff "cleaning" debris off the glasses by picking it off with their fingernails before serving drinks in them. Can't say I will ever be returning to this BW's location and I recommend you stay away as well!
