If I wanted to wait 40 minutes for food that makes me feel physically ill, this would be my choice.Okay so I understand there is a labor shortage ongoing, but that doesn't excuse that this menu is as overpriced as it is mediocre. BWW prides itself on sauce variety, but the actual wings are garbage; they're fatty, greasy, filling, and frankly vomit inducing, though their sauce game is on point.I understand this isn't even meant to be a "healthy restaurant" but I draw the line at every meal being overpriced, and, flavor wise, right on the border of food poisoning.Just go to Rockaway's.

As the GM of a restaurant I understand being short staffed right now. But also as a GM, I wouldn’t allow my staff to stare at people waiting to be sat and do nothing. My husband and I weren’t greeted, we waited 6 minutes (I’ve started timing things like this due to my own experience in the food business), and ended up leaving. This is the 4th time something similar has happened at this location. It’s ridiculous. They can do better. It’s all about caring.

Currently sitting here at B-Dubs. Now I use to be server/bartender so I understand the service industry. They had one chef on today the server should us inform us at first instead having us wait for mozzarella sticks As a app 30 min hold. I don’t know server was just down and sad because I understand messes up there money. They need more cooks and be honest with there customers up front. Work on properly serving Tito’s and soda with a lime. But I also feel bad for the chef today, if that’s the case. Also the manager should of came out at least because they are not busy at all to forgetting the basic of the restaurant business. Also Manager should be back there helping the kitchen if it was cook on today. I was polite and kind from the jump just energy was just off about the whole environment, except the host/To-go girl. Also if they have a food runner he only helped the blonde girl and it’s crazy. Postive note the food was good

This places was terrible. I order pick and arrived later than pick up time and still has to wait a good 20-30 minutes. The servers stand around and try to avoid eye contact lol there was one person at the front trying to answer phone orders, take orders in person and pass out orders. I understand understaffing but some employees were just not trying to do their job at all. Will not be back.

I called in an order stated it would be ready in 15mins. 30 mins later it still wasnt ready. They were extremely unorganized. About 4 people orders plus mines werent ready as they should have been. When i got my food and checked it as soon as I got in my car my cold was cold. I wanted to get a refund but i didnt want to wait another 30 mins.

Would love to get wings a bit more cooked, but, overall satisfying.

Won't go back. Standard Bdubs environment where my group had to shout to hear each other but otherwise clean and plenty of sports on. Saturday night and it was steady, didn't seem overly crowded to me. I was there with a group of around 20, mostly from out of town. We were served as separate tables of 4 to 6 people, no big deal. We just wanted wings and a few drinks so serving as separate tables was better anyway, we didn't need all our food at once. Unfortunately, several in my party waited 2 hours for their orders to come out - one never got his food and at least 3 others just got it in to-go boxes because we were leaving by then. This as we watched others come in after us and get their food. The server couldn't explain it and I know it wasn't on her but someone should have done something and she was our only connection to the restaurant. Maybe they were short staffed? Maybe they had a computer issue? No idea, we never found out and the problem never got resolved. For what it's worth, my food (plate of 15 wings) came out after about 15 minutes and tasted delicious so I had no personal complaints but my group definitely suffered. We'll find another spot to try next time.

We came here to get food to carry out. We were told 10-15 minutes. We waited, then the guy at the desk said 10-15 more minutes. Which is perfectly fine, we waited. But we waited an hour and a half more. Once we finally got the order, we were missing our fries. We let them know and they said they’d be out shortly. We waited 45 MORE minutes for just fries. Our food when we got home (5 minutes away) was cold and chewy.I will say that the guy at the desk was great and handled all issues, apologizing for the poor service we received. He went on his break during the time we waited for the fries and had no control over it. The manager on site was not paying attention to customers and was on her cell phone while we waited for fries, which apparently she and another worker forgot about.

Horrible experience! They close at 12a.m. I called at 10:45p.m. only for the take-out waiter, Shawn, to tell me they will stop taking orders in 3 minutes, therefore he could not take my order.1. Closing 1 Hour and 15 minutes early from the advertised closing hours is ridiculous to start with. If you're going to be a reputable business, keep your hours and operate within your hours. No excuses.2. He stated they would stop taking orders in 3 minutes. My order would've taken 30 seconds to take so I'm puzzled why he still could not proceed with my order.3. He stated his manager Beans told him to do this. If this did in fact happen, Beans probably shouldn't be a manager. Also, the first person who answered the phone was unaware of this "Early Closing" deal as she handed me off to the "to-go" order waiter. So this tells me the team in general is on a different sheet of music and not operating as a team. Needless to say, I will no longer give them my business.

I was told the waite would be about 25 minutes because the wings were just dropped. No problem, hot wings. Thirty-five (35) minutes later, hot containers, cold fries, dry wings.
