Holy moly!!!! FUDGING DELICIOUS! Wonderful waitress! I asked for tgeir recommendations on drinks and they served me spot on drinks! Food was to die for! I cleaned my plate and my friends ?I live in California abd wish they had a place like this there! So unique and the atmosphere is spot on!

Our server was very pleasant and professional. However, my entree was not good at all. Smaller portion that what I’ve seen served. Rice was not cooked; sent back and must have been given the same rice again. ??‍♂️ Sweet tea and water was delicious! I’ve never been more ready to just pay the bill and leave. Guess it wasn’t a good night for kitchen staff. Hopefully, it will be better next time.

Nice place to have drinks and eat some different good cajun cuisine. The pulled pork mac and cheese was incredible. I don't really goo outside my comfort zone too much for food but this was an amazing choice. Everything they had incorporated into the pulled pork mac and cheese was incredible. The garlic herb frites were amazing as well and a great portion. When we are in the area again we will be back and can't wait to try the Boudin Balls next time.

This was a very nice experience. The food and drinks were amazing. The staff was great even for being extremely short staffed and very busy. We visited on a Saturday evening. Try the burger beer bourbon special if you are visiting Tue through Sat (4:30 to 6). Pretty good deal. The price was a little high for me. 2 ounce pour of a bottle of bourbon that retails for $55 was $20 and that was before the surprised $1 charge for a "king cub". We ordered the bourbon on the rocks and it came with the king cub. When we got the bill and asked about it we were told "oh sorry year we have regular ice for free.." I've been to several high end bourbon bars and can't ever remember being charged.Other then that, that was the only downside. Would definitely go back when we go back down to visit.

Bourbon sets the bar (literally) for top quality food and drinks in South Carolina. The downtown setting is a contemporary take on an old-school bar. Beautiful decor sprawls throughout and the wait staff service is fantastic. We enjoyed splitting a meal consisting of the fried oyster po'boy sandwich, grilled Brussels sprouts, and an order of pimento cheese with naan bread. All were excellent, and the sandwhich had THE BEST FRIED OYSTERS we've ever eaten. We dabbled in two of their specialty whisky drinks- the "Frankly my Dear" and a "Heart of Darkness". Both were amazing, even though we were hesitant to try the "Darkness", as it sounded too smoky and bitter. It was, in fact, an amazingly smooth and tasty libation. You must try Bourbon on your next venture to Colombia. Enjoy!

We are from Santa Fe so we are spoiled for great food. We have great Vietnamese food and we have eaten well in New Orleans. Somehow the chef merged these two French-influenced food genres and made something uniquely fantastic. We did a charcuterie board, the boudin balls, the jalapeño hushpuppies, the black-eye pea hummus and had the most amazing fried chicken banh mi- type sandwich I've ever had. I mean, it all was so so so good. Mixology was also on point, great service, fun nice-bar atmosphere. Loved it.

My wife and I had such a wonderful time at Bourbon. We had not been here for a while. Now there is a Bourbon Lounge next-door which has small plates but we did not try that. We went to the original Bourbon. Ordered the pork chops and they were perfect. As usual I ordered one too many of the Yaya Hurricanes. Oh boy. Our server Sam was new but he did a great job. When we complemented the food Sam suggested that we buy a six pack for the kitchen. It was only six dollars so we bought it and they rang the bell behind the bar. We highly recommend this restaurant. Come early get a seat.

In town for the evening. I pulled this place up, thought the menu looked good and the bourbon theme was intriguing. We started off with a drink and the chefs plate as an appetizer. Drinks were good, no complaints there. The cheese offering on the chefs plate was a tiny portion of brie and Bleu. Both were ok. The charcuterie was less than impressive and very limited, maybe 4 or 5 small slices. The grilled bread had no flavor, almost crumbled to dust when applying the cheese. Xcould have used a more substantial type of bread. I was going to order shrimp and grits but after a few cocktails I craved a burger. I ordered a medium bayou burger hoping for a thick juicy and spicy burger with some Cajun spice but got a dry, well done meat patty that only covered 2/3 of the bun. No flavor whatsoever. It came with lettuce and onion and cheese but none could help make the burger taste good. I would have rated it lower but the bar was really cool and the service was good.

Food is always great. They have the best Bourbon selection PLUS other top shelf liquors and craft beers to try. Don't be fooled by the name.

Nice cozy place for drinks and food. If you are vegan the menu is limited. Vegan risotto, sometimes a vegan burger. Both are delicious when available.Staff are kind and helpful. All seating is good seating from the booths, community table and bar. If you are looking for a restaurant that is good, cozy but still lively, this is the place.
