First time eating here, we stopped by for a quick bite. Had a breakfast sandwich and it was very good. Have to go back and try something else.
If I could give zero stars I would. I just paid $21.00 for 2 supreme combos, all of the “supreme tenders” are little the size of a woman finger one box didn’t even have 4 tenders only 3 and one looked like 1/2 of a tender that broke. Call and speak with the manager and she was no help at all!!!! And acted like she could care less!!! Horrible food and to give that to customers knowing that it’s not right is shameful…..
Drive thru was not bad. Fast for as many people that were there. Friendly staff, good food, fast service.
The food is always hot, restaurant stays clean, and the drive thru is one of the fastest I've been in recently since Covid started. Most importantly though, the staff is highly competent and always so friendly even when you can clearly see they're tired.
I spent $10.00 for a 5 piece from this place. Please look at my stripes look how tiny they are, and to top it off the manager looked at me like I was crazy. One of the chicken stripes is one and a half inches long I measured it. I got ripped off. Never again
Been getting salads from here for a long time cause they're generally pretty good but this time they gave me just spinach. I called the store cause I thought it was a mistake but they just told me that's their new blend. I don't know about you but to me a blend implies a few types of lettuce right but as u can see in the photo it's literally straight spinach. Insane!
Went to this particular Bojangles cause I haven't been since the remodel. While in line waiting to get to the speaker and as I pulled up an employee states she thinks she has covid. Iimmediately said why are you here shestates they already short of help. I continue to order but than I thought about it I'm not eating this food. I pulled in a park and they closed than open right back up. Did the store get clean. I called to speak to a manager they told me to call corporate office I suggest Don't eats there until that store is clean. Bojangles should care about the people who spend there money there as well as the other people that works there. Just my opinion.
The chicken was amazing. The biscuits, fries and coleslaw was delicious too!! The service was great. They were busy and the line moved very quickly.
I eat breakfast every morning during the week at Bojangles in NC but was traveling and stopped at this one . I love the grits and a bacon ? egg? and cheese ? biscuit ?. Very nice people at drive thru .
Great food. Everything we order was fresh and very delicious. I had the pork chop on regular bun and it was juicy and full of flavor. My sister chicken BLT sandwich, she loved it and said it had a nice spicy kick. We order the 12 piece chicken family big Bo box with mac & cheese, dirty rice, and mashed potatoes and gravy... everything was perfect and the family was fully satisfied.We went through drive thru, they were quick even with our 2 large orders. All of the food was fresh and delicious.
