The quality of food and service at this location has really gone down hill. My family and I used to enjoy this place but it has continually disappointed us over time. We stopped going for a while due to the bad experiences. However, yesterday we decided to give them another chance. That turned out to be a big mistake. The quality of the food was terrible. My wife couldn't eat her bacon, egg and cheese biscuit because it was saturated in brown grease. I drove back to the store and showed an employee the biscuit. He was shocked at what he saw and was very apologetic. They made a new one and it was not any better than the first. The manager did give me a refund and apologized for everything. He did explain that there are some internal issues at this location that are getting sorted out. They hope to have better leadership in place soon to improve the quality of service. Hopefully your experiences will be better in the future.

Not only did they get my order wrong, my dirty rice had fries and pieces of chicken in it.....whyyyyy....Please help me understand.This place has gotten bad over the years...This location was good at one point, but now.....

Management needs to get their stuff together they do not have customer service nor do they have work ethic over 10 people working inside the kitchen and all them look like they're lost don't know what's going on running a business is design teamwork and sure not here

Chicken was cold and seemed as if it may have been fried twice (re-heated?)As the restaurant seemed to be in the middle of a "visit" by a number of area/regional/district managers, I thought the food would have been as good as possible...I was wrong.

I use to live in VA and moved to Southern Georgia where there no Bojanles *sad face* it was great ?

Stood in front of the register for 5 minutes only to be told they're only doing drivethru. There we're zero signs outside the store stating this, which means that they were just too lazy to do their job. The drive thru line barely moved at all while i was there, so they aren't even good are the one thing they weren't too lazy to do. Very disappointing.

Absolutely terrible. I work near here and every morning I ever came they always messed my order up and took longer than expected. Workers having conversations, sweeping, & chilling and going to their cars as if they don’t have customers to serve.I completely understand and have empathy for all workers during this COVID-19 pandemic time (due to people not coming to work and/or quitting) however, this restaurant has workers with bad attitudes who are not willing to help or be nice and considerate to their customers. Not worth the time nor the money.

Finally the lobby is open and the hours normalized. Fast fresh food is what I got. Order not messed up like the other chicken place who's name ill not say. [P o p e e y e s]

The chicken sandwich I ordered thru door dash. I had too go up there and get a new sandwich.

Horrible experience. We ordered supremes. They told us it would be 7 minutes, to which we said okay. They proceeded to ask us to pay and THEN drive off and come back. When we questioned to sit and wait at the window (since it was 7:30pm on a Sunday evening) and NO cars in line behind us, we were told we could not wait because of the "2 minute timer" and "they would get in trouble"; this from the manager on duty. We ended up leaving without food and $48 dollars lost.
