So I am a regular customer at this location. When i tell you they know “Shay” they know me and my veggies pizza. Well today i ordered online and utilized my points. Well the app said to pick up at 5:51pm. Got there and the lady said my order was still getting made. By the way i ordered my free cheese bread. Well it is 6:07 and the cheeses bread i thought was mine was someone named tanivka. So i showed the lady my order and location. Right location but then she said my order never came thru. Then she called manager to only tell me ok they didn’t get it and nothing could be done. Now I used my points and everything and now in order to get the bread I have to pay. NOT! I usually praise this place as I visit several times a week. Now I have find me another go to because I don’t like what happen or the outcome. I will not be recommending this place and matter of fact if asked I don’t have nothing nice to say. Wow! The only reason they got 1 star was for me to do this review otherwise it would have been no star. By the way this bothered me so much that i sat in my car writing this as I was waiting on my Bluefin order…
I used to work here not too long ago and the stories I can tell you about management would make you wanna tear it apart. I wouldn’t recommend you go as a customer or employee. The place barely gets cleaned and the way they make and prep different thing shouldn’t be eaten that’s why I never had anything from there. Not even a drink because a lot of customers said bugs and black stuff was falling into there drinks, and the lemonade Machines barely get cleaned and when they are cleaned they don’t do a good job. A lot of people get sick after eating at this blaze. 0/10 will never see me again
I only ordered a salad but the taste was very delicious.the blt cob salad is to die for. The staff is great. Nice and friendly and uses fresh ingredients. The place is very clean and every staff member had on mask and gloves. That's a real plus.
Initial experience with ordering was good. It got weird after we realized they forgot chicken on my mother-in-law’s pizza, and she asked if they had forgot it. The worker who she was talking to seemed confused as to what she wanted done, and began to have an attitude. The manager stepped in and remade the pizza with no issues. As we sat back down to wait for the pizza, the worker with the attitude walked by our table glaring at my MIL. When he walked by again still glaring, she asked if their was an issue and he walked up with attitude, and said he was just trying to see if she was good. Horrible customer service from that one individual, the rest were great.
This was by far the best vegan pizza I have had ... ever... and the vegan cheesy bread ... outstanding!!! The marina sauce is so fresh tasting... I actually scraped the container down to the very last drop... Highly recommend this place!
Diverse crowd, friendly employees, great pizza!
When we walked in there was nobody on the line but 1 young lady. She took our order for out pizza and placed it on the line....still nobody. While stood there waiting several(5-6) employees finally came from the back. The young ladies who started to prep our pizza and salad had horrible customer service. Both had attitudes, moved slow, then acted as though we needed to hurry up. One had on gloves but had just finished rubbing her hands on her pants. When I asked for a manager, she told me one wasn't there and to call Raven tomorrow. I sausage I wanted to know who owned the location and she said Chris. If Chris reads this...hour store employees need customer service training immediately. I don't care who our how old your employees are, they need to learn etiquette as it relates to customers.
All the pizza is good even to make your own the salads and the lemonades
My experience here has not been good over the past few visits. As someone who cannot eat dairy, it is alarming how much they don’t take the non-dairy cheese preference seriously. Every time I order here, someone accidentally puts regular cheese on my order and then they have to start over. I’ve watched a lot of poor communication between the workers go in right in front of me. It’s sad to have to start an order over due to people not paying attention, not to mention it wastes time and food. I think some better training is needed in this store not just on the production of the food, but also training on cross contamination so that things you don’t ask for don’t end up on the pizza. With the state of the store currently, I would never feel comfortable ordering online because they do not take their time with these orders to make sure they’re accurate.
