Our server was his first table ever. He did great. A server left before we got him and they did not come to table for 30 minutes and finally just got drink order.

Food and service was excellent. Perfect start to our weekend in Columbia, SC

Restaurant is very nice with lots of comfortable seating. Service unfortunately is very lackluster! Food is rather over priced for what you get and appetizer is was small with stale tortilla chips. Took an extended amount of time for our orders to come out. Plus salad came out with entree. Then the food was barely warm! Obviously this restaurant needs a change in management. Don't use the ladies restroom, it's a disaster area! We were surrounded by dirty tables as customers left and nobody bothered to clean them! We were all extremely disappointed and will not be returning. Too many other choices of restaurants that have not given up on trying to do things right and make customers happy!

Burger and fries are great. Love the hot fudge brownie Pazookie!

I really don't giving bad reviews but this was an honestly bad food experience. The only reason its not a one star is that our server really tried to help in a bad situation. We should have known better to stay when we arrived and there was a person asking againto see the manager about the food and no one had come to their table yet. During our time there I noticed two additional tables in our area that were returning food. Simply put, the food was served warm, not hot. The spinach dip had hardened when it arrived, my wife's alfredo had no flavor, and my tritip BBQ sauce had a very weird sour flavor to it. Even my baked potato wasn't cooked through. By my observations of other customers, something was decidedly wrong in the kitchen. We didn't finish our food. Rather than wait in line to talk to a manager and as we were only passing through town, we paid our bill, gave our waitress a nice tip, and left our food and the restaurant behind. We won't be returning to a BJs again.

It was my family’s first time. The food was great and so was the service! We celebrated my mom’s birthday here and we will definitely be returning!

We put our drink order and food order in within the first 5 minutes of sitting down. Our salads came quickly. We had no silverware and after 20 minutes the waitress had not returned and I got up and got my own silverware. The manager was notified but did nothing. We needed napkins, extra dressing, and our drinks had been empty for quite some time. After about 35 minutes from the time we were seated our waitress finally came back. She went to "check" on our food and get refills. 10 minutes later still no refills and she had not returned. The food was good but the service was absolutely terrible.

A great dining experience. You will not be disappointed!

Food was great. I appreciate that the quantity isn't completely sacrificed for quality here. Our server was amazing (sorry, can't remember her name, a young lady with dreads). She felt pretty genuine, as opposed to the servers who add in an extra positive tone to what seems like a script they have memorized. She was on top of things and pretty honest about things the regarded our food as to make sure we were happy with our order.

We thought we would try it as we live nearby. Atmosphere was good, didn't have to wait to get in. Food was average, service was good but got clipped on the drinks, 2 Tito's and water + Alcohol tax = $25.00 2 glasses of wine + Beer and Wine tax = $26.00 We don't ask the price of drinks before we order but have never been charged so much for drinks. Won't go back, wasn't that caliber of restaurant to merit these prices.
